Thanks Bro. I have all other supporting documents, including relieving letter, apprasial letters, promotion letter etc. Only problem is I don't have any contact with my previous manager and not sure where she is. But I can get a letter from one of my colleagues.

Get the letter and get your own affidavit done too.
You just need to provide as much evidence as you can afford.

I doubt if you can apply for entire family. You can only apply for dependents, your wife and daughter but not parents.

We are applying for 4 persons. I am the principal applicant, my spouse, my daughter ( 6months old) my mother and father. Should I make DD for everyone and tell me the total amount?

Should I attach every ones PCC?

Based on the spreadsheet, more applications reached on the 7th of May than any other day. It is therefore possible that some applicants will get PER before others are even charged. Since there are no charges reported for the 8th, it's safe to assume CIC is still processing applications arrived on the 7th. I urge you to sit back and wait the good news.

None of the 7th May applicant received PER and most of the 7th May applicants are waiting for charging. So stay relax.

Did not find you in the spreadsheet. If not registered, please register.
