Does passport office provide a document for PCC or stamp it in passport?

You can apply for PCC in the near by passport office (Passport Seva Kendra)

I have taken a PCC for Australia just few days back. Since I am traveling to Canada for project work this week, I will not be able to initiate the new PCC for Canada.

Will visa officer accept the PCC taken for australia?

Or Is it mandatory to get one more PCC specifically for canada?

If I need to Initiate Indian PCC from canada, how long will it take to get the PCC.

PCC is issued once you have cleared a police verification. Passport office has clear record now. For getting PCC for canada, just visit Passport sewa kendra and pay 500 rs, you will get it for Canada immediately on the spot.

Hi ati007.. when did ur application reach CIC??? Cause Even i have applied under the same NOC and same mode of Fee payment (DD).

Application Received 5th May,2014.

And do they come home for enquiry purposes at near by place ?
