one of my experience letter has JD on it , but it will give me only 1.2 years in past 10 years moreover, working hours are not mentioned.

can an experience certificate with number of working hours missing in it (other all req. information included ) be the cause of rejection of complete application ?

Moreover, on my translated birth certificate the notary didn't mention the date , can it be the cause of rejection ? other all req. information available on translation .

I don't think anyone will know exact answers to such questions. CIC person in-charge might ignore it, or might not.

But things as mentioned exactly in the guide are there to be followed for sure. If already submitted, just be patient and hope for the best.

If one sent application on 20th July through normal post and reached on 5th July, I think, it should be accepted.

Last year, Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) changed in September 2013 and none was rejected to submit old IMM 5406 form.

Yes I agree with you. They will accept it initially but they might request updated form at later stage if needed

Congrats. I am May 7 -2171 applicant as well however CC not charged yet. What time did you application reach on 7th?

It reached at 1:57 rcvd by Mike .. I think yours is same as well? .. even my friends reached same time, but their CC is not yet charged .. so maybe applications of this time are still being accessed. Keep the fingers crossed .. Gud Luck dude!

I am stuck in the same situation my full package is ready and I was about to send my application next hour, and discovered this new Generic Form.

What I did, I called to CIC today but they had no idea about this changed form and The guy have given me London Visa office number to contact them and ask what to do in this situation.

But when I called LVO no one was available at that moment, I request you all who are sending apps this week instead of posting messages here try contacting CIC office through phone and ask them to clear this issue.

And please share the Info here too.

I think the mistake is from CIC......there are two links to the forms.......one is July,2014(i still doubt it).....while the forms on the link that have the instruction guide has march,2014 version.
It's really your decision to wait till July,2014 when the so called new version will be unlocked for printing.
If i were you.........if i am you.......I'LL SEND MY APPLICATION PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY.

Too early to worry. They have just started climbing the Mountain called "7th May." I'm in the same base camp.

We are also in noc 1112 7th May - didn't charged yet...

And 5th May got charged in 29 May.

From my home computer from yesterday, I am getting March-2014 version.

From my office computer at today, it is July-2014. Really weird - cannot explain.
