There is no problem with any card until have valid electron like visa/master.

Same with me. My application was received on May 5 1:18 PM (same like MAHE) and CC got charged on May 29. But, I have not received the PER as yet. The waiting time is just killing me and my heart has been sinking. I am also checking my email after every 15 minutes but nothing has come as yet in the INBOX or the SPAM folder. Does it mean we are rejected? All the other May 5 applicants have received their PER. Is there a number on which we call or an email where we can write and check the status? Please comment. Thanks.

I am even worth than your situatio, i am May 2 1:17 and yet i did not receive the PER email and also i do not know even if the DD is encashed or not. ??? ???
I have a strong feeling i am out of the game. feeling so sad.

It reads as follows:

Bachelors of Business Administration = canadian bachelors

Post graduate certificate in International Buisness Managment = one semester of graduate study.

Kindly advise how many points will the above accrue??

well, your CC/ DD will be charged if they open your package regardless of whether u get PER or NER. if u get NER, your a new DD will be issued by the CIC and will be sent to u by post.

as far as I know, the maximum timeline of getting NER is 3 months. I think u'll have to be a little more patient.

There are 2 stages involved for getting any intimation from CIO.

Stage 1 is Completion of documents as per check list by CIO and Visa office

If all docs are completes
{
CC/DD charge
if(CC/DD charged)
{
Face value evaluation of documents begins means Eligibility review done by CIO
if (positive)
{
Wait for PER email
}
else
{
Wait for NER by ordinary post && Fees refund process begins
}
}
}
else
{
rejection
