Its really strange that the criteria used to get passport in India is quoted as the criteria for canada immigration also..! If you are born before 1989 and do not have BC, you can still get passport.. somebody has mixed up the issues and applied same funda for canada immigration also..

I READ IN SOME FORUM THAT THOSE BORN BEFORE 1989 CAN BE EXEMPTED FROM BIRTH CERT. SUBMISSION...IS IT TRUE?

its already monday evening in canada, give it until tom morning to get the status. if it was departed ontario on june 11, that should be delivered monday just like mine or the most tuesday. based on the timeline, max delivery for dhl is 6 days.does your docs more than 6days now?

Through DHL. June 9 sent out from Manila. And June 11 in Ontario then forwarded for delivery same day June 11.... You mean yours was another 6 days from Ontario to Nova Scotia ??? Did you provide them consignee telephone number of CIO Nova Scotia ? Pls adv what number too. Tks !

what do you do if the name of your school is too long for the space provided?

In this case you should take and extra sheet, write your name and Form name on the top
and then write question number, you intend to answer and write you answer there.
for example:

Hi guys, i called hsbc and they said that it takes 21 banking days for a DD to clear... this will give me long waiting... but i would like to ask you if I am already counted in the cap if ever they.started the DD encashment even though it is not yet.cleared?

Can I apply now and add the remaining 2 months work experience (to reach one year) to my reference letter at a later time while my application is in process?

Is there any CC charge or DD encashed for NOC 2133 !! it seems like CIC is not concerning about this NOC currently ....but they also say First come first service !! I wonder how they work !!

Absolutely NOT. That is a sure way to get your application rejected. You have to have 1 year of work experience at the time you send your application.

firstly, 4012 is not an elegible NOC for FSWP 2014

Secondly, It is a requirement a minimum of at least years to apply.

Thanks a lot bro.. Yes that seems to be the best thing to do right now.. Also i have taken the DD From Axis Bank (India) and when i tried checking with the bank, they say that they would not be able to tell the status of the DD if "enchashed" as it is all deducted from one single pool of funds.. Is this the case?? Has anyone who apllied with DD facing any such issue??

Hope the CIC updates the NOC CAP status soon ??? Congrats to all the forumites who have got a positive response from CIC.. Cheers ;D

This is to advise you that WES has received all the documents required to prepare your evaluation report. The report is presently scheduled for completion on 07/14/2014.

Looks like WES is taking their own sweet time to compile, it reached there first week of june.

any idea when can I expect the report ( I chose courier)

secondly, My bank statement is dated in June first week. Can I still use the same bank statement or would that be a cause of rejection.

Hi all,
Please resolve the contradiction about the application fee. I want to prepare the DD.

In the document checklist, it is written the DD should be prepared in favor of "Receiver General for Canada"
In the form IMM5620E, it is written the DD should be prepared in favor of "The Receiver General for Canada"

Which one to follow, "The" should be included or not? :'(
