Dear all, I am sorry if this has been posted before...how would I update my spreadsheet entry? If I want to make any change or update any info will I have to enter the complete infos once again?

Oh I got the info in the other thread but I forgot to bookmark or save the link of the page which shows my form entries. What can I do now?

No. It means you don't have any liability exactly like Mr. Century. You can also write NIL after printing the form.

What else you could write? Main occupation is Employed, Unemployed, and Student - it sound mose appropriate in the sense your baby has started learning ;D ;D ;D.

Nothing will happen if you write student. You can write also Not Applicable.

Spreadsheet update/entry process

1. please give your input through http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response" at the bottom left corner of the page.

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

Please guide me with the below situation:

* I've applied for FSW2014 for NOC 2173, my application is about to reach Sydney by this Saturday (21st June'14). I'm hoping it will reach before the cap is full and will be through. Fingers crossed :
* My passport has only a one word "Given Name" and blank "Surname". I have filled all the forms with: my Passport's Given name in "Family name" and blank in "Given Name/s".
* I read many posts about "Blank Surname in Passport may lead to problems"
* My passport is about to expire by Sept 2015.
* I want my "Family name" to be added in passport (by affidavit, paper notification, apply for passport process). I could not do it before sending my FSW application because of the cap filling concern.

Here comes my query:
At what stage shall I go for addition of Surname in passport ?
Please suggest.

I hope I got this warning before I sent out my application through DHL !!! Sent out mine June 9 , June 11 received in Ontario and says forwarded for delivery . Up to now has not been received in Nova Scotia and the only reason DHL is saying is that they forwarded it to their third party partner who has not given an update on where our package is !!!! DHL sucks !!!!

I am on the same boat.... Fedex, on hindsight, would have been a better bet for both of us !

My passport have the same problem but my application is through currently in process
So suggestion would be to go with the application with the same passport details and can update the local vo afterwards
