Friends,

Do i need to include the visiting card of my supervisor who has signed the reference letter also. I am including reference letter, contract letter, salary certificate, company brochure. The reference letter has been done in company's letter head with seal and includes all details that has been asked by CIC.

Also, do i need to place a separate page for all the documents like translated birth certificates, relationship certificates etc. My point is how would CIC determine what document i have included? are they going to read it all and interpret it ?

Your early response is much appreciated as i want to send my application today.

Its very important for me to have your suggestion at this point of time...

I was about to move out of my home country and meanwhile i got CIC positive result , now in dilemma , what to do ...whether to stay in my home country till the Canada case finishes or should i move...

Any suggestion by Seniors would be highly appreciable .....

I am Surprised...Am i the first one in forum ...who is experiencing above ?

I am not able to get reference letter from my current company. Also I am not able to tell them that I am applying for FSW, because If i do so my current job will be in threat. I am confused what to do in this case. I read in some posts that affidavits are not acceptable. Can any one please help me who received PER and have submitted affidavit for current job responsibilities?
Do self declared affidavits are acceptable?
Also is declaration form my colleague not supervisor is acceptable on plain paper along with my affidavit?

Please help....

Its-necessary to send WES form attested by college along with attested marks sheet in sealed envelope

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh?India/some other countries:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

Thanks for the reply. If apply for PCC now and get it by July end, what are the chances that I will get request from local VO by October i.e. within 3 months of PCC issued date.

Chances are less buddy....In this case u can send ur FBI report just before of the three month completion...

Ohh another thing --if u have not entered on US after issued FBI report which is ur post visiting Police clearance then ur local visa office will not ask for newer PCC for that country.



Although its not stated but I have seen such case for several applicants. Local Visa office asked for current countries in which he have stayed after their PCC submission (avoided the below mentioned cases )

So peoples who have taken police clearance cert after their visiting of one country, they will (may ) not need to take a newer certificate (due to validity issue).

I am still having one question shall I go for reissue of my passport and rectify that error.
Only scary thing is that Ill be issued new passport number than ..will that be linked to older one my any means.

i also had the same issue but my application is currently in "In process".
I think they use the passport for the place of birth.

this is because last year i had written the wrong place of birth on my application and CIC made some changes when they returned my application due to CAP and made a comment "as per Passport".

so i think you will be fine.
and you have also added the cover note so that is even better.

U can fill this form by downloading a fresh copy form the below link:

In that case its not needed to fill up with pen...write ur WES ref urself...no need to use the auto generated PDF file...

Go anywhere you like but you got to inform CIC/Visa Office.

If you do not tell CIC or the visa office of your change of address, important documents could be delayed or lost. This could cause your application to be refused.

Just go to IDP india office and register for earliest possible date.. you can register online as well, but you need to visit in person for the earliest slot even if its not available online.

Usually CIC assign same UCI number...

Ashif ,How long stay in some country requires PCC to submit ...if i go for 5 days ...still it needs me to submit PCC for that ?
