Thanks for the reply. If apply for PCC now and get it by July end, what are the chances that I will get request from local VO by October i.e. within 3 months of PCC issued date.

Since u have already sent an older one....U may wait for the request from ur local VO...And in the mean time u can start to take a new FBI since it will take more than 5 weeks (atleast in my case - it took such time ).....

Thanks for your reply. My noc is 0113. I know i have started working on this late but here is my currents situation.
I should be able to send my sealed transcripts and other notarised certificates this week. ( please let me knoe if i am missing something. ) then wait for credential assessment and ielts test which is on the july 10. Expecting ielts report to come in 2 weeks i should be able to send the complete application package by 25th july. Unless there is a way to get the ielts report earlier than that.
Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

It seems your local VO moves pretty fast in reference to previous discussions in this forum , in this case you can apply for PCC earlier.

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh?India/some other countries:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

i also had the same issue but my application is currently in "In process".
I think they use the passport for the place of birth.

this is because last year i had written the wrong place of birth on my application and CIC made some changes when they returned my application due to CAP and made a comment "as per Passport".

so i think you will be fine.
and you have also added the cover note so that is even better.

pls refer the WES site for documentation requirement for your country.. people will have different opinion and dont believe anybody.. only exception is that if you do not keep the document request form inside the sealed cover, its OK.. Rest all things should meet WES requirement..

HDFC and ICICI banks are issuing international DD with validity of 6 months. Its as per RBI guidline as the International DD doesn't have any expiry date so those are of 6 months validity

For India, attestations by persons outside the Controller of Examination or Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will NOT be accepted.
