Wats is the process of getting another IELTS in bombay. need to get my wife's application ready ASAP..seniors, pls advice.. i'll be truely grateful

Just relax a bit brother...Dont waste ur time for unwanted purpose/reason.....

u are not alone...over 600-700 person is also waiting with you....

For last yr FSW13 it took on an avg of two months....to get the CC charged/ PER email....

And this yr program opening has not been done ovr 1.5 months yet....

So just relax and remember God is great...

Ur turn will come on right time brother....

I noticed that many of the applications were made in Oct-13 with some exceptions even going into Jan-14..!!
When some of the NOCs would have closed, was the overall cap not reached till that time last year..? This is an important detail for me..

it says "In process"

Does that mean my PER is on the way. Please adivice.

Very good...It means u are about to get ur pER very soon (hopefully)....

Hello friends

I have a query regarding mismatch of my " Place of Birth"
On my passport and Birth certificate.
(used my birth certificate ..place of birth in my application.)

I released that mistake very late:so instead of reapplying my passport again , I attached a cover letter explaining the mismatch in my CIC application and explained that I'll be rectifying that error.

Now the problem is that when I'll apply for reissue of passport to change the place of birth : my passport number will change as they will reissue a new passport.

So I was worried when I should reapply for passport . shall I wait for VO to contact me regarding that? I am bit reluctant to apply for new passport as this may confuse VO as new passport number will be there and when VO will try to do any verification with old passport number it will come as cancelled .

Seniors please help ..shall I apply for passport now...kollins , ashif , century any views on this ..

If you application is more then 8 months old then you can send enquiry mail to cic to know the status,
then then please prepare the other documents for reapply....

Dear experts, one of my friends just applied he sent only Bank Certificate as POF which confirms his Fixed Deposit amount in Canadian Dollar. As he did not have any loan he mentioned his liability as $0 and kept the asset and fund of the same amount. Will it be ok or his app will be rejected. Thanks

Thats what is stating on my ECAS now (only changes in the date)...!

This is so frustrating.. Why the hell are 0111 applicants not getting charged Huh

I did a quick analysis on the 2014 spreadsheet

All those who have been charged or have received their PER are applicants in the category of (financial analysts, engineers, consultants, designers, nurses, accountants, developers and technicians). Also these are the categories for which CAPs fill very quickly

Does this signify that CIC is going for addressing applicants in these HOT NOCs first? Does this leave hope for applicants, like us, in non-hot NOCs like 0111

Its been close to 6 weeks since my application reached Sydney NS (Received by MIKE). With no response so far, I am really on the verge of getting nervous.

Relax mate. There is only two with CC including you till 7th May. The sample size for 0111 in this forum is too small to estimate anything. CIC has only started for 7th May - out of 115 7th May applicants in the forum, only 14 has reported charging.

Wait for this week at least. Good news is coming on your way.

i also had the same issue but my application is currently in "In process".
I think they use the passport for the place of birth.

this is because last year i had written the wrong place of birth on my application and CIC made some changes when they returned my application due to CAP and made a comment "as per Passport".

so i think you will be fine.
and you have also added the cover note so that is even better.
