My guess is expect your package back (sorry to say that!), unless some senior here suggests a way to send 'updated' form to CIO. That's the best guess; your cardinal sin is sending an 'incomplete form'!amr29 said:

Immediately RECALL your package (as it has been delivered yesterday) and get it diverted to some of your friend in Canada. One of the applicant has already done it successfully.
Meanwhile, reprint your forms and courier it to same friend.
Ask him to combine both and resend (using Canada address as diversion will save you at least a week)
Abhishek was able to recall his package since it was not delivered yet, not sure one can recall post delivery though. Why would CIO return once they have accepted it / stamped it already with the incoming date? His file is already locked-in with CIO now.shah2014 said:@ amr29

Ask the courier guy to recall and divert. Exactly how, i dont know search the pages and query the guy who he managed that or check with your courier.
Its the best possible solution, logistically how to do it, i don't know.
or else, just pray!!!

The error on his part is seemingly very negligible (i.e. quantum of work that needed to be done by him there is very insignificant), but one that will appear a big blunder to CIC.
the only way I see is if additional 'updated' form can get added to his existing package somehow...if he can send the updated form with specific information like full name, date of birth, NOC code applied to etc etc and if CIO were to accept adding this to his package (and ofcourse trashing the earlier incorrect form so he would have to clearly write a cover letter explaining and apologizing for the error and telling what needs to be done now). Something along those lines...just my thought there! I feel terrible having to break such a bad news to you mate!!!
Congratulations, that's great news!abodair said:Hi All,

PS - I'd say don't hurry now...check with a few experienced folks here, may be someone knows a previous similar case..and can guide you..wait tomorrow and Monday so most guys will login during these two days and someone might have a brilliant idea of sorts. Best wishes!

@ amr
If i remember correctly, one of the guys courier got delivered, i am not sure if it was abheshik or who. But yes the guy talked to courier before it was delivered but by the time, instructions were passed to delivery guy, the packet was delivered and it was returned next day.
@ Amr check abhishiks posts, you may get a clue.
Also discuss your issue with Ashif_eee he might have better solution.
@ Oscar, we still have no confirmation if such addendum letters get attached to the application or not
