hi all,,

Im on a PGWP and working currently in canada..I have 5 years work experience under NOC 1123..My question is as im already in canada and working..do i still need to show proof of funds as when i had a word with the call centre executive of CIC,,they said that i am not required to show proof of funds as im authorized to work in canada and i currently have a job. My wife is also working in Canada on an open work permit...Senior members..please enlighten me on this issue...Do i need to show proof of funds or not?

HEY FELLAS,

I have one doubt. I am self employed, as i am a freelancer and my majority work is at client place so, i am operating my office from my current residence at ahmedabad. But my permanent address is of my village. Even my, my spouse and child's passport have the address of my village. so in application I have mentioned my resident address is my village address and my office address is of ahmedabad.

1) Should I need to update my current residence or communication address from my village to ahmedabad after my file transferred to VO.

2) If i update my address in that case is it possible that visa officer will have doubt that i have updated my address to the same address from where i operate my office? Does it going to create problem?

In this case, you should evaluate only your PG diploma with WES, then make sure your responsilities and duties in the experience you will submit match with your marketing and promotional roles in your company. Remember you are applying to FSWP as a marketer/promoter and not as a pharmacist. Unless you want to claim more points with the masters degree, then you can have the Pharmacy Examing board of Canada do the evaluation of your BSc and MSc in Pharmacy but if evaluating only the PG Diploma alone gives you 67pts and above you should not worry.
In order not to leave no room for uncertainies as you will not be present to explain your situation to the visa officer I will suggest you have your PGD evaluated by WES while you send your BSc and MSc Pharmacy to the Pharmacy Examining Board in Canada.

Congrats for your barcode-less PER !

The guide allows handwritten forms so with that, there will be no bar codes.
Our office pc has a lot of restrictions and my laptop has older version of programs. No matter hiw i tried it didnt
The bar codes will make their encoding easier. ;D

Hehe. I have read the guides again and again. I also have cover page for each and every section guiding the evaluator what supporting documents i attached and remarks for easy understanding and cross referencing. Helpin them easily spot and assess information they want to see. There in the cover page for the cic forms i explained no matter how i tried the bar codes pages were not generated.

I also have cover letter and applicant's profile pages before the checklist.

Sure, you can do that if you don't have a UCI from a previous year's application to CIC!

Answer of Intended occupation in Generic form should be same as Q.12 a, of Economic form?
or Current occupation(Designation or job title "Tehcnical Lead") of Generic form should be similar to "Q.12 a, Occuaption "

Should I have to staple my documents except forms?

I used paper clip for forms only
