Thank for my previous reply. I want to know one more thing from experts that anybody can help me for Quebec Immigration. I applied the same in March 2014 and my file reached there on 28th March'14. I gave my credit card details for the same. I want to know how long they take to deduct the money as I was wondering if both payments FSW and Quebec can be deducted at the same time as someone told me that they take 3 months which will be around last week of June or 1st week of July and now FSW is taking around 30 - 35 days. My file will reach CIO hopefully by 20th June'14 for FSW which means my money will deducted around 25th to 30 th july'14 Hopefully and if both the payments are deducted at same time then it will problem for me as my credit card limit is one lakh rupees and can only take one payment. So please suggest me that should I send DD for my DSW and withdraw Quebec or not?? or else send both with credit card details if Quebec is taking more than 3 months???

Please suggest experts??

You applied under which noc......i think most probably you will be safe.

Hi. That's the thing with consultants , they seem to be too relaxed in checking documents. It takes them 2-3 weeks ! They did this with me in 2011 when I filed under NOC 1122. Showed them the thread on how cap was being filled up and they said don't panic. In the end, I had to pull out and send on my own since they fastest time they can release checking of my docs was 2 weeks. Got to send out mine , in 3 days after pull out from consultant , and yet got cap reached . This time around , only hired them to look at my documents but still did the actual sending myself . If i let them handle all, they will take another 2-3 weeks .

True that. They do not actually care for you after receiving the fee.

My University said they will not fill, sign and put transcript request form in envelope. Though they are ready to put only transcripts in envelope.
Is is mandatory to put request form in envelope? what do I do?
Pls help!!

I think it would be wise to deposit the deficit amount in the credit account in advance to avoid the problem. Speak to the bank if it works like that. My gut feeling it should work!

Document checklist- Question 20--I selected the option 'original' here as i attached both the payment form and DD. but in the below what does that 'copy' option for??

Schedule 3-Economic classes-- Question 12- Your work experience: What does NOC 2011 means? I mentioned NOC 0111
and in the detail (12b) wrote in 0111; I worked 2 years and in 0112 worked 1 year (as I need to mention about last 10 years job.

Please answer..

1. Copy option is for those applicants who are not able to pay through CC/DD.

2. NOC 2011 means this NOC code was designed in year 2011. Writing NOC as 0111 is perfectly OK.

My application was received on 8 May 2014 and have made my payment by DD.
When can i expect a PER?

Also i have some doubts regarding matching of job roles with those mentioned in NOC.
So can it be rejected now or will i be charged? can they reject it for the same reason after the payment is charged or PER?

No that wont be a problem.. Just tell them to put the transcripts in a envelope and put university seals on the envelope opening.
No need to put the form inside the envelope.
Even i hadnt put it inside my envelope.
