Hi All ,
I asked this question earlier too.
My application was recieved at Sydney and the authorised signatory was "M K"

So do you refer that person as Mike here ? or M K and Mike are different ?

If possible, provide Z10 form, no Zakat will be deducted but i think its little late for that but u can still check with ur bank.

If you are referring to your settlement funds, its OK u can move your funds for a day, later even if VO asks, you can explain it as its your personal prerogative to pay zakat on your own or through government.

If you have used DEBT CARD as mode of payment, then YOU HAVE TO KEEP FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Fee charging will be automatic, through electronic confirmation from VISA/MASTER card provider using the live bank data for which they will have 24x7 access, so your transaction will be declined due to NO FUNDS. In such a case, CIC will most probably try at least once more, but i wont recommend taking this risk.

If payment mode is CC or DD, no need to worry.

Thanx brother i ued DD as fees method and im only worried about amount verification now i think with ur opinion and other opinion it will not be a issue if money is withdrawn for two days.....
as Z10 date is gone.....

Hi guys,

I have a doubt in mind. In near future I am planning to get married as i am still seeing girls. I wanted to know whether if I launch my application now, and in the middle of my process I get married. What to do in that situation??
Should I launch my file after getting married or before is fine. And also, if I plan to get married after launching my file, what things I have to do for adding my wife's name with my file?

So what exactly do I have to do if i get married after I launch my application? Does this change anything?

Thanks in advance

Guys

Plsssssss STOP discouraging fellow aspirants from applying or scaring them that the caps must be full by now.

Let CIC tell us dat d caps r full. Plsssss send ur apps if they r complete and do not delay even for a day.

Guys don't forget dat the cap limit has been reached more than 3 times....300 to 1000 and occupation list doubled from 24 to 50. So thr is room for lot more apps.

Plssss stop scaring others...its very annoying

>:(>:(>:(

totally agree with you

M K might be M. Krszwda to; It does not matter who it is, refer to him as M K.

Hi, a friend of mine who had PR visa back to Jan 2008 and lost it as he didn't stay there. He applied last year and wasn't successful due to cap.
He wants to apply this year.

However, he checks "Client Application Status" and getting error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".

Any advise please why the old data are not showing?.

Thanks,

You can apply now as a single primary applicant and then later on down the line after you get married update your new married status with required documents to the local visa office....or wait till you get married then apply with tour wife as dependant. ..that way you can get extra adaptability points for your wife's language skills if you wish provided she sits the language proficiency test...but if you wait till marriage you can of course loose out on the CAP...

What a relief, got a call form Bank(ICICI) saying that my DD has been encashed.

First time in my life I felt good about my account getting debited :) that too in $$$$ :P

So many doubts were there when I was shipping the application package but with the help from this awesome forum members and almighty looking over my app from heavens, finally got some good message after long long time.

Last year my app was returned due to cap getting filled but I never lost hope and continued my efforts to get Maple leaf stamp in PP :)

All the best to you guys who are waiting for CC and DD charges, updated my status in SpreadSheet so people don't freak out on each other in anguish ;)
Congrats brother
I am yet to send my application.
Reg DD, I was thinking of taking it in a nationalised bank.
In your experience, was it better getting it from ICICI and do they issue a 6 month valid DD.
Thank you!!!!

Dear Friends

THERE ARE AROUND 126 APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ON MAY 7 AS PER THE SHEET .

I think these were the people who waited may 1 to see if there will be changes in the forms

Change in Family Status after File Submitted

Marriage
If a marriage takes place after the application has been submitted, but before the Canada Immigration Visa has been issued, the new spouse must be included in the application and will have to undergo a medical examination and submit appropriate documents, including application forms, marriage certificate, police clearances and the applicable government fees.

Depending on the stage of the application at the time of the marriage, delays may vary from minimal to approximately 5 months. Such delays are caused by the necessary completion of medical examinations and security clearance.

If a marriage takes place after a Canada Immigration Visa has been issued, but before the applicant has landed in Canada as a Permanent Resident, the Canada Immigration Visa must be returned to the Canadian Immigration Office. A new Application for Permanent Residence in Canada must be submitted.

Children
If the applicant becomes the parent of a child during the application process, the existing application must be amended to include that child. The new child will have to undergo a medical examination and the applicant will have to submit appropriate statutory documents, including birth certificate or official adoption papers, the applicable government fees and a request for inclusion as a dependent must be submitted to the Canadian Immigration Office.

Costs
The applicable government fees are only payable if the additional family member will be accompanying the applicant to Canada and there will be an increase in required settlement funds.
