No I don't see my UCI number with or without a hyphen on my visitor visa from several years ago. May be at some point in time (just an e.g. let's say post 2009) they decided to add UCI to your Visitor Visa, not sure. And may be earlier a visitor visa had no correlation with UCI? I am just taking a wild guess here. By the way, which year did you travel to Canada, and which year was your package returned due to cap?

A vital question:

What are the differences between FSW13 & 14?? I mean in order of steps of selection??

For instance an FSW13 friend of mibe told me the encashing of CC was the last step after the medical examinations!?!

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

In My case the UCI was with no hypens in my visitor visa...check the 8 digit one in bottom right of the visitor visa

checked mine too, the visa page... Don't see any 8 digit numeric code separated by a hyphen 0000-0000.
So I guess we don't have any!

What do you mean by TRV? Mine is a tourist visa, or a V1 visa category. Right beside C REC / REC F there is an eight digit number, an alpha-numeric number actually, which is in no way related to my UCI (my UCI is all numeric). My tourist visa is from mid-2000s while UCI was generated post 2010.

Most likely you've chosen a basic package, hence CIC cant access your ECA report on WES site.

You need spend some more gandhijis for WES & upgrade your package to FSW. Once it is upgraded, CIC can verify it online and release your PER mail

Basically, yeh siyaapa hai (WES, CIO, this package, that courier etc all have informal connections).. everybody wants to rake in some moolah in this PR game

The WES sent me a mail stating that they have been asked by cic to send the duplicate report to them.

As far as i know the cic just check it online on WES website. Why did they ask me to let WES send them a copy of my report?

Any idea?
