There are six/seven applicants make this error; globally, it could be hundred. The below is my hunch:
1. CIO themselves will rectify this error as seems like it is one of the frequent error in that region;
2. If not corrected by CIO, a request to VO can be done. Though, generally, they don't change VO, this will be exceptional case.

Thanks Century Bhai, for your advice. It will be great if they rectify it on their own or even if they process it in New York. I just hope it does not get rejected on this error. If so, then I was wondering if there was a way to correct it.

Hey, can you PM Piscean5. I find his visa office changed into CPC-Ottawa. Seems, CIO themselves changed it. ;D ;D ;D

Dear Seniors,

in intended occupation
should i have to write software engineer or software engineers and designers?: You can write anything that does not matter

in background form:
mother and fathers death of date should keep blank or should write N/A?: Write not aplicable or leave it blank. it is ok.
in which section should i hav to show the study (HSC Result To University admission)gap? You can mention in background declaration form. question 7. If you have done job and it is part of last 10 years then mention it in question 8. Otherwise it is not requried.
in Education section or Personal history section?
in payment form:
i just add the amount of mine and my spouse and total amount and kept other amount field blank.

1. Each family member under age 22 and married
2. Each family member under age 22 and unmarried
should i have to give 0.00 on those field and other fields should I have to keep blank or write N/A? Write not aplicable
Section A:

Please Seniors, your advise please,

My application just reached CIO this morning, and I just realize that I failed to submit a copy of certificate of graduation, since my original diploma is still with Canadian embassy as part of my old application in 2005. I submitted instead my transcript along with my ECA, will this be a reason for refusal? Thanks in advance.
You will be Ok.
Stay kool and wait for PER :)

Job title..

My current Title is Programmer Analyst, but 70% of my duty is dealing with database and my Job responsibilities from my Employer also matches the 2172 NOC (Database/ Data administrators). Regardless to say that i am applying under 2172, will my job title be an issue?

Thanks

See at row 40. he got 2 entries at spreadsheet: one with New York and another with CPC-Ottawa (charged one). The other name of Piscean5 is Charan - I found it in another post.

Not at all. Only your duties matter.
