Plsssssss STOP discouraging fellow aspirants from applying or scaring them that the caps must be full by now.

Let CIC tell us dat d caps r full. Plsssss send ur apps if they r complete and do not delay even for a day.

Guys don't forget dat the cap limit has been reached more than 3 times....300 to 1000 and occupation list doubled from 24 to 50. So thr is room for lot more apps.

Plssss stop scaring others...its very annoying

in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

IDP is asking for proof ... what proof can i give them !! if i still have to mail the application.

getting second copy of IELTS is not difficult, just call up the office and ask them.
They will ask for reason, tell them u need for Canada immigration.
In India they charged my INR 1250/- for second copy and said I will get it in 2 weeks.

Hi experts,

How to fill (7. Education) details from India in Schedule A Background/Declaration form ?

If I have completed SSLC (10th grade), Pre-Degree (2 years from YY college, not from school), Bachelor's Degree (3 years) and Master's Degree (2 years), can I write these details as follows ?

a) Elementary / Primary = 7 (1st to 7th standard).
b) Secondary/high school = 5 (8th till 10th + 2 year Pre-Degree at YY college).
c) University / college = 5 (B.Sc + M.Sc).

d) details of secondary and post secondary education details as follows :

1994/06-1994/04 State Board SSLC science/arts/commerce/general])

Along with original ECA report, do we need to submit all marksheets (SSLC and Pre-Degree in addition to Bachelor and Master) ? or only bachelor and master degree's transcripts are fine similar to the documents sent to WES ? only bachelor and master degree's certificate and transcripts

Also how to mention the gap between 2 courses (2 to 3 months - waiting for results and next course admission) ? At that time, your occupation was student. So Studying.

If you have your ECA from WES in hand, you can use them. If you have applied for ECA, show them payment proof ( CC statement..), any automated mail from WES. Tell them you have taken General Training and not Academic one, as required by CIC. Login online to IELTS site and take the printout of your filled application where under "purpose of examination" you must have mentioned "canadian immigration". Ask them to verify this information at thier end as well. Show them photocopy of IMM generic form. Provide them affidavit that you are applying to CIC. whatever..., u can think of.
If there is a will, there is a way dude...

These are the applications received as of 4th of May only, which is 4 days after the opening of the stream, I'm wondering how does it look like now after one month and 7 days.

The footnote says:
