Thanks Avilner for your help.
My consultant point of view was not to quote UCI number but I am of your opinion, I will definitely quote UCI number on my application.

It doesn't matter either way because CIC will find it from your name and DOB. If you have one, it's with you for life.

Hi,

I have been working in singapore since sometime, I am not sure how long I would be here.
Should I select my country of residence as India or Singapore? and where should I submit my application?

Answer all questions accurately. If you are living and working in Singapore your country of residence is Singapore.

If you have been lawfully admitted for at least one year, you need to choose Singapore as your visa office (my condolences). However all applications are initially submitted to CIO Sydney. Read the guide and document checklist carefully for detailed instructions.

Dude, I got second IELTS copy from BC. It is very much possible. there is a link that mentions that all CIC applicants are entitled for 2 TRFs. google it and u will get the link. Quote this link. Make all the noises. Threaten that u may sue them. In case u are in same city where u took your exam, personally visit the test centre. The local test centres actually print the TRFs.

Vivek can you please share the link!

Hi experts,

How to fill (7. Education) details from India in Schedule A Background/Declaration form ?

If I have completed SSLC (10th grade), Pre-Degree (2 years from YY college, not from school), Bachelor's Degree (3 years) and Master's Degree (2 years), can I write these details as follows ?

a) Elementary / Primary = 7 (1st to 7th standard).
b) Secondary/high school = 5 (8th till 10th + 2 year Pre-Degree at YY college).
c) University / college = 5 (B.Sc + M.Sc).

d) details of secondary and post secondary education details as follows :

From ....To Institution Certificate Field of study

1994/06-1994/04 State Board SSLC ??? (what should I write here ?)
1995/06-1997/04 XX University Pre-Degree Maths,Science (? correct)
1997/06-2000/04 XX University B.Sc. Mathematics
2000/09-2002/09 XX University M.Sc. Mathematics

Along with original ECA report, do we need to submit all marksheets (SSLC and Pre-Degree in addition to Bachelor and Master) ? or only bachelor and master degree's transcripts are fine similar to the documents sent to WES ?

Also how to mention the gap between 2 courses (2 to 3 months - waiting for results and next course admission) ?

Please help.

Thank you in advance.

Does anyone have answer for this???

Bijoy,

Can you tweak your rolls and responsibilities in your duty letter? Make it more related to finance. check out occupation description in NOC.

Further, 0111 is for managerial and higher manager level and 1112 is for officer or senior officer or executive level.

under which category you got more points? 0111 is slow moving and 1112 is super hot.

so I would suggest you to go for 0111 if and only if you can manage duty letter with duties mentioned relating to 0111.

Hi buddy,

can you help me to know about the funds fro FSW, i.e. the funds for 3 people family are $18,097. Should the money is in my current account, Saving account, government saving certificate form or could be in any form i.e. gold, property etc.

Thnx

in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

IDP is asking for proof ... what proof can i give them !! if i still have to mail the application.

They must be liquid an unencumbered (i.e. you can take them in cash form and withdraw or transfer them any time you wish). Gold and property don't count.

Guys

Plsssssss STOP discouraging fellow aspirants from applying or scaring them that the caps must be full by now.

Let CIC tell us dat d caps r full. Plsssss send ur apps if they r complete and do not delay even for a day.

Guys don't forget dat the cap limit has been reached more than 3 times....300 to 1000 and occupation list doubled from 24 to 50. So thr is room for lot more apps.

Plssss stop scaring others...its very annoying

Not only is it annoying, they might as well be using those Indian astrologers spamming the forum to make their "calculations." It would be just as accurate.
