What I think, CIC has a good relationship with WES and other evaluation company. They represent Canada and CIC shall try to upheld the image. So, an e-mail from WES should carry a great value. Note that WES report contains your address, DoB, and off course name. They might in advance give some entry on the basis of this information temporarily. So, when your application will be processed, those information will pop up.

From your part, I suggest you to call CIC directly and explain it. They will certainly be able to give you correct feedback.

Please seniors,i have intended sending my application yesterday but was downcast when my spouse IELTS result under adaptability was released and she got 3 and didn't quite do well in Listening,this has delayed my application,all the other testing dates are full except for JUly 10th which will take another 13 days for the result to be out,meaning i might submit August...now i dont know if i will be late to meet with the cap.

Hi All, i have applied under NOC : 2174 , application recieved date : May 07th 2014 , still waiting on DD to encahs. Meanwhile i have started looking in to the process for US police clearance certificate.

Is this the one : Identity History Summary Checks Home , we meant for US police clearance certificate?

without ur wife's IELTS can u meet the minimum score 67,
if yes then apply. spouse ielts is not mandatory. ;D ;D

Any application from a foreigner that goes through the Canadian immigration department will surely have a UCI number and unless you change your full names and all your supporting documents,it will probably remain the same no matter what.
Your UCI will be the same......and if its not the same....you have nothing to loose! ;D

There is no mention of envelope. This talk is related to self addressed labels which have to be printed on A4 size paper. You can find this point in Document Checklist last point
