On Left side, under the Forum IDs, Is "App Filed" the date on which the application was sent OR is it the date when application reached CIO ???

Ideally, it shud be the date on which Application reached CIO, as tht is the day when u have actually 'FILED' your app in CIC, before that ur app stays in transit.

But, I have seen, some guys have App Filed date as 1st May, which is not possible unless you sent your courier in april. If, I remember correctly only 1 person couriered his app before 1st may.

Do you guys agree ??

Brother,

there were several applicants whom send before May and reached on May -1.....:)

Thts what has reflected on the Spreadsheet...:)

Hi,

Want to get some inputs about sending two different applications for two different NOCs
I will be sending my application for NOC 1123 tomorrow and planning to send another application for NOC 2133 after 2 weeks.
after I get duplicate copy of my IELTS.

I read on www dot cicnews dot com/2014/06/multiple-applications-increase-chances-immigration-acceptance-063442.html that u can send to applications
My question is what happens if both the applications get selected i.e I get charged twhice on my card.
Can I withdraw one application ?

PS: I don't want to use any tricks want to go by the book here.
Thoughts comments please

Arjun Singh

This is another NOC 2171 and not 2174 or 1112, so may be whatever I am suspecting seems correct !!

Ha ha brother,

Dont take it personally...

First of all we are not here to beat one self right...Here we are to co-operate each other.

And the thing I tried to show to stay become positive...

So just relax....of course the final things is selceted by God...

Lets see what happens... atleast the applicants can make their best effort in between their range...May be they can get the result of their effort...

Since all are predication tht we made...!!!

Good luck to all.

By looking at the trends in this FSW 2014, I regret that why I didn't apply in 2014. PER process is really quick here. Congratulations everyone who have already reached this milestone.

Hi,

I am principle applicant, I have mentioned my wife's name as per new name (Indian girl change their name after marriage to include husband's name), She has passport with new name but she has all educational / and birth certificate in her old name ( Includes her father's name), In this case, is it ok to keep her new name and send documents of old name as I am attaching marriage certificate?

1. Yes it is ok to send her educational / birth certificate documents with her maiden name.......
2. It is not mandatory to send ur spouse's educational documents....

FAQ by CIC:

If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?

Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=864&t=6

Can I withdraw my federal skilled worker application?

Yes. Contact your local visa office to withdraw your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=108&t=6

If I withdraw my federal skilled worker application, can I get my money back?

It depends. Your fee will be refunded if the office has not begun processing your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=109&t=6

Congrats Sidhu Bhaji

Hi Everyone
Happy to share the good news. My card has been charged. Currently it is a temporary transaction charge of 1010.46.
Bank is saying temporary transactions usually show different value so I think it will probably chnage to 1100 once it is complete.
I have duplicate enteries in th espreadsheet. My correct NOC is 2171 (recd on 6th may @ 10 am). Please remove the other entry if you can

Thanks
Sidhu

"I was also going to do the same mistake- printing on envelopes-you saved me. Just to make sure, in my understanding now I need to print my mailing address in English and native language in A4 size paper (single for each). Am I correct?"

yes Brother..(or sister? ;D)
Cheers!

Hi Kollins, Ashifee and all experts,

May i know where it was mentioned about the envelop?. can you please share the URL....

There is no mention of envelope. This talk is related to self addressed labels which have to be printed on A4 size paper. You can find this point in Document Checklist last point

I am positive with hot NOC's like 2174 or 1112... Might be more applications before May 6 are still processing.

Similar case my friend , To be on the safer side, I have attached one affidavit signed by my wife stating that she has changed her surname after marriage
