Pls help..!!...got IELTS and WES report, going to apply under 2132 mechanical engineers... I have wife and a kid as dependents, have their passports ready but I do not have spouse name included in my passport..but have the marriage certificate and kid' birth certificate, also my name is included in my wife's passport as spouse....would that be fine..Huh really worried as this came to my mind now....is it fine to not have my wife's name in my passport...??
Guys pls help..

Yes that is fine. The Marriage Certificate will be good enough and it the major one that is required.

Dear Seniors,
One thing i will like to ask .My profile is of quality engineer but my duties match in 4 out of 9 activities mentioned in NOC 2132. Although the designation of quality control engineer is in NOC 2141 but i perform 4 out of 9 duties as specified in NOC 2132. so will i be considered ??
Secondly Will they contact my HR department for verification of the job responsibilities written in letter of reference or my senior who has signed my letter of reference??? As i have written few things i dont do just to get in line with NOC 2132 Grin

I am still in confusion for my spouse birth certificate...firstly it is issued by indian consulate Dubai as she was born in sharjah(UAE).....secondly only stamp and name of consulate officer mentiond in the BC but no signature done by consulate officer....
What should i do???

I agree with future_canadian on this...no one here will or should condone or accept fraudulent behaviour. .There are 100s of honest people here who go into great lengths to make sure their applications are 100 percent genuine and true and reflective of their current situation, job roles and duties, financials. .etc

My advice is simple...look at what you TRULY do in your current job and compare it to the different NOCs that are available for the FSW program...then apply if you wish. .
