I am new to this forum...and i have consulted an agency regarding the mattter..but the response was disappointing...

We are planning to apply under category 2133...My husband is the Principle appplicant...All our documents are getting read except my policce clearance...since i am recntly got married and resising in diif state ,ther are many formalities required for the same..may take around 1 mnth..
what shall we do...wheter we need to wait for another one month(since 2133 is under hot category) or can we proceed... my husbansds pcc is ready and he s the P A...

Please help..

You donot need PCC at this stage and you can apply without the PCC, it will be requested later by local VO.

U shud apply without PCC as it is NOT mandatory. Many applicants with CC charges this year and last year did not send the police clearance.

Hey PCC is not a must... it can be asked on later stage.. once ur application clears the first assessment..

Am really really amazed. PCC is optional document and can be sent later. What is the name of this consultancy. Atleast forum members would know whom not to consult.

Be quick, finish the forms and post your application ASAP making sure there is no mistake.

Overnite Express Courier Service in India is the worst.My friend has a worst experience .It took 13 days for the package to be delivered.Guys beware of such courier services.

Guys dont take chances with First Flight...courier it through Blue Dart/FedEx... they are through professional and you can track yr package...

Guys, I just received the CC charged SMS from my bank. My dossier was received on May 6th by Mike, so I think CIC is handling the cases received after May 5th. Just be patient and wait. Good luck for all of you guys.

Guys now part from translation(of documents not in ENg) copies which has to be certified copies rest of the documents which are in English do we have to send photocopies or attested(certified copies) to be sent. Please I would request people who have sent copies only and not the certified copies and have got CC charged please share so we can be sure of what has to be sent. As always....Thanks In Advance

Dude check in the DHL site with same parcel number. Blue Dart updates in its site are little delayed. I sent on 30th May, and on 3rd June, at 9:16 AM it has reached NS.

I wanted to know if the DD is charged then does the amount get deducted in the Account or it is already deducted the moment you made it.
How are we suppose to know the DD is charged if you can't remember the DD no.
