If ones application is returned because of job responsibilities mismatch, Can he reapply changing the roles and responsibilities?

If yes, doesn't it raise eyebrows of CIC that how can a person reapply changing roles and responsibilities once mentioned in previous application?

Guys, I just received the CC charged SMS from my bank. My dossier was received on May 6th by Mike, so I think CIC is handling the cases received after May 5th. Just be patient and wait. Good luck for all of you guys.

Provident fund can be shown. (though there is no credible feedback from people who got their PR processed with PF as proof of funds).

You can dowload the statement online nowadays, it is computer generated, no signature required.

in the 2013 spreadsheet CIC returned some application stating incomplete application.
what are reason considered as incomplete.
Is it some important information or document missing or some silly mistakes like not writing N/A for non relevent section, not putting forms in order, are also considered as incomplete.

Hi ,

Are you referring to your Overall CC Limit or the Limit for International (forex) transaction on your card as 1 L.
Also, whats is that limit prior to the increase. ?

For 2+1--> you must have filled 1250 CAD $ in the Fee payment form.. which comes to approx. 68K INR , so 1 L International Limit is sufficient

Certainly yes!

Please remember that this year the cap per NOC is 1000 and not only 300 like last year.

The cap is not expected to be filled for 1112 before mid-July. This is the date when the app is received by CIO, not when they reviewed it, so no need to worry.

By the way, you can check the interesting tab "Apps by NOC /Estimates " in the FSW 2014 spreadsheet.

I am new to this forum...and i have consulted an agency regarding the mattter..but the response was disappointing...

We are planning to apply under category 2133...My husband is the Principle appplicant...All our documents are getting read except my policce clearance...since i am recntly got married and resising in diif state ,ther are many formalities required for the same..may take around 1 mnth..
what shall we do...wheter we need to wait for another one month(since 2133 is under hot category) or can we proceed... my husbansds pcc is ready and he s the P A...

Please help..
