Of all the 3 documents, which one has to go in original apart from the affidavit?

Translation. Must include a notarized translation made by an official translator.

Hi Friends,

I have submitted my application for NOC 2174 and it was reached on 12 May. I have sent fees through DD. I haven't
heard anything yet and my DD is not enchased yet. I am so tensed whether I will meet the cap or not.

Is there any friends who's DD or CC charged whose application reached by 12 May. I have checked the spreadsheet but
latest updates are for 5 th may. Please send your views. Thanks
The below is my prediction (sort of game ;) ;)). There will be 91 left for June 2014 for recharge :P :P :P.

Till now, only applicants upto 5th May have been charged. I don't believe, by 12th May, any of the NOCs will be filled up. ;D ;D

The following forecasting of CAP calculation is for NOC2174 and it is done based on 2013 information.

A Cap for CIC 2013 300
B Forum member Charged 107
D = B/A Global Representaion 36%
E Forum member Not Charged 146
F = E/D Global Representaion for Not Charged 409
G Proactive Applicant done IELTS/ECA before 1st May 200 (estimation)
H= F+G Total Available for 1st May and send within 1st May 609
I New applicant (done ECA/IELTS during May) 300
J = H+I Total for May 909
K = 1000-J Left for June 91

Also note:
1. There are more categories than last year; so applicants will distributed more;
2. Due to higher number of applications, time to do ECA will go up; so all applications cannot be accommodated as quickly as last year;
3. For many, FSW2014 is unexpected. So all are not prepared.

I am surprised there have not been more PER received.

Congrats to all the people who got their CC charged and their DD encashed !! (We finally know that 2 May applications should have DD encashed by now or very soon)

you send your application for now...

if they question.... may be by that time you have your passport info. updated.. otherwise you could attach the receipt etc. telling that passport office accept it as printing mistake and it is under correction stage .

A cover letter to explain it was a mistake is enough.
Cheers!

What "Onforwarded For Delivery" means for TNT tracking? And the destination shown is "Canada Others". From Toronto, it went for "Canada Other".

Thanks a lot Century for sharing these.

One other thing, in my Japanese Birth Certificate my Full Name is in this order --> SURNAME FIRSTNAME FATHERSNAME(middlename as we call it)

I also have a English version of this that was issued to us by the Indian Embassy based in Tokyo back then, which I'm thinking to send along. And in that document names(mine and my parents) are in this order --> FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME(husbandname in case of my mum) SURNAME

Should not be serious problem, should it?

What order should I follow in the English translation I'l be getting done?

If a document is translated then needs to be notarized.

Note carefully the following:

1.Go through the document checklist again , each point by point

2. Sign and date all necessary forms,check all the necessary information has been given on the form . If additional info needs to be given attach a separate sheet with your name, title of the form and question no. being answered

3. Do not forget to attach payment form also , even though not mentioned on the first page of checklist

4. Write at the back of 5 photographs what is required to be written as per the checklist (do not write on the back of the 6th Photo)

5. Provide proof of education

6. provide copy of birth certificate

These are some common errors coming to my mind at the moment, others will give more input . All the best

Thanks cjg1987, that is a good checklist :)

Good question :) i had the similar situation

TNT dont have office in Sydney NS

they normally give it to https://www.purolator.com/

what you need to do is that call TNT, and ask for the third party tracking #... than check on the above mentioned website...

all the best dear
