See there are three sections. Assets, Liabilities and Settlement funds.

Assets can be property / car etc
Liabilities is what u have a loan of 22k CAD
Settlement funds is what you require readily available for u to settle in canada. Around 14k for two people.

The equation is, if you have 42K liquid assets (funds you can use towards settlement) available and have liabilities of 22K CAD, you then have 42 - 22 = 20K readily available settlements funds. If you are two people going, then you only need around 14K CAD instead of 20k. So check how much settlement funds you are required (depends on your family members). If it is less than 20k, you should be fine.

I am talking about PER not CC charge (completenes check step), May 22nd CC charged applicant got PER last friday.

Dear Ashif and other Experts,

I'm applying for NOC 2173 - Software Engineers. Seems its too late but want to try my luck.
I just got my transcripts (academic transcript request form + all the mark sheets got attested by the registrar/controller of exams) in a sealed cover from the university.

I'm applying for WES.Please suggest what all documents need to be sent to WES.I stay in hyderabad(India) and planning to send them thru Fed-Ex.Please let me know if someone has a better experience with other agency.


1.Selaed cover with the above said docs inside it.
2.Xerox copy of consolidated mark sheet of B.Tech.
3.Do we get any acknowledgement to our email once we register on WES ? (If so a copy of that too)

All three of the above in a selaed cover with the WES Ref number written on the cover.

Kindly let me know if need to include anymore docs.

You get PER after CC charge. They are still charging those whose application was received on May 5 or 6. It is highly unlikely to receive PER before CC charge. May 22nd applicant received PER and that too without CC charge and May 5 - May 21 application didnt receive it. I think he is misguiding people.
