Hi seniors Hope you are all well. My friend who had written Pakistan in Column for visa office instead of LONDON wants to make amends.
1. Shoud he call the help desk and talk to the person who recieved his application on the 13th May. It will take a week for it to get assesed.
There is no way to talk to anyone at CIO, just hope they change it for your friend.


2. should he mail the updated form with a cover later? what gurantee will it have that they'll trace the previous application and make correction.
Even if you send it they wont be able to attach it to your friends application as they wont have file no.
Please reply as he has to make a decision by tomorrow

Experts i want to get my bc translated, i went today to get it done but there is no translator available at my place, i will go tomorrow chandigarh, if by chance there is no translator, then what to do in this case ??

Can you then share with me the affidavit for the translator..? Pls send me a PM.

Instead of relying on increased CC limit, make an upfront payment. This would automatically increase the limit of your CC.

I submitted my application thru ARAMEX and it was received by MIKE on 8-May-2014.

Till now i didn't get any feedback or email from CIO.

Is this normal, and how long it is taking for CIO to reply ?

In the 2013 entry there was variance observed of up to 10 days in some CC charges from the same dates. So dont worry about it just yet.

Hello Fellows,

Just confirmig that for 2 people the fees will be 1100 canadian dollars. I am getting a bank draft for that amount- do we need that amount filled up in canadian dollars or the us dollar (amount converted to canadian dollars)

Also, regarding the additional family information form - I have only listed my husband as my dependent on the forms but in the additional family info form am i supposed to list out all my family (parents and sibling) or just my husband.

Seniors an important and very urgent question.pls guide.my husband who is the main applicant has his name missing from the BC and he did not send a cover letter or affidavit ..we applied thru a lawyer.now if we want to send the cover letter and affidavit now(i have uci number from last yrs application returned due to cap) can I send it independently or thru the lawyer...I have cover letter and affidavit ready to post pls reply ASAP.

they "could" deny your application for misrepresentation if they discover that loan that you didn't declare accordingly.

What does mean ?

I said my loan is 22K CAD but i have cash 42K in my different account which i can show by providing bank letter. Is der any chance of rejection ?

Has he sent his matriculation certificate with DOB and parent's name. If yes, you are still safe
