All guys whose CC is charged please let us know if your experience letter was in CIC format or you sent an Affidavit explaining your duties along with other supporting documents

Like you see.....worry less about it and move on.
I've not seen a single applicant going all the way to get a legal document for the purpose of proving this family issue.
If a single status applicant is expected to do this...it will be much worse for a married applicant as both couples will need to get the legalized documents for family registry.
Beside,In my experience,I have not seen any applicant denied because of this...even if you decide not to fill the form, the implication is that you won't be able to sponsor them in the future.
Cheers.

I'm not planning to sponsor them in the future, however it seems to make sense as some forms requires info about parents & brothers.
So thinking from CIC POV how they can verify such info without the Family Registry.
I'm not trying to complicate things for myself but I don't want to take any risk.

Hello Seniors,
I am using my AMEX Corporate Card for payment. I have a confusion in Fee Payment Form, in the box "Address of payer(if different from principal applicant)"
what to write here ? My address ?

Where is Rajaram? Is his DD encashed til now? Now It's been long time. I think CIC should have encashed his DD..

Also I need to know if anyone of 2014 applicant who has enchased his DD till date.

Not every bank is entitled to provide the information regarding foreign DD encasement. Still some banks do provide such information which takes a lengthy process which takes 7-10 working days. So if your DD is en cashed its better to wait for PER as the time taken to get PER and information about DD from bank takes more or less same amount of time where in later case takes extra time and your efforts.

So all users who paid by DD, dont waste time with your banks. Just hold your nerves and keep checking your inbox ;)

Good luck to all

Their birth certificates is enough to verify it.
At this stage now, they just need them for record purposes in their database just incase they receive future application for sponsorship...it is then that the birth certificate will be comapred to trace your lineage.
it's not everything that needs to be legalized before the truth is know.
At this stage...just fill in their details....it doesn't affect you positively or negatively.
Cheers!

Hi All,

I'll be taking IELTS on July 10 & will probably file my papers around 23 or 24 July. How optimistic should I be? I know the caps have increased but, I believe I am still on the fence and would appreciate any help on this.

Thanks.

Dude, any question on CAP without NOC is incomplete.

Guys,
Off-late I am seeing few misleading posts. I request all newbies to please go through DOCUMENT CHECKLIST and INSTRUCTION GUIDE before posting your queries. Here you would get "official" answers to your query.

I have a question do we need to attest the documents or only photocopy will work??

ECA from WES: To change the delivery address for my ECA report, I have changed the contact information on My Account section..
