It's listed in the Document Checklist, point 16 with National IDs
Please note that option is with ..."if applicable"....so its not mandatory.!

Apologies. I do notice it is mentioned in the checklist.
My take is if you have it send it. If not dont worry about it.

If this is what you refer to as family registry...then,I didnt understand you.

Married and singles applicants needs to list out their family members in form IMM 5406....if this is what you refer to as family registry...my apologies.
You need to list all of them out in the form....its not only singles but for married pple as well
if they are more than the specified columns on the form, make an extra sheet to accomodate them.
This is useful for future purposes as it will be easier for you to sponsor them.
Cheers!

Of course, I'll list them in the form,I'm talking about the Family Registry (It's a legal document issued by the Government same as Birth Date & National ID)

Re: Experience letter - original or photocopies or notarized. Please clarify

hello,

Should i send notarized copy of experience and relieving letter or should i send original experience and relieving letter from previous employer.

if I remember correctly, CIC website has mentioned to send ORIGINAL experience and relieving letter from previous employer. please let me now sending original experience and relieving letter is required or not
Send copies. They will ask for originals if required at a later stage.

it says "if applicable" in brackets. So if its not applicable, just ignore it.

You dont need to provide that. if you provide anything that they haven't asked for, it will only delay your application

Re: Experience letter - original or photocopies or notarized. Please clarify

Bro,
u r trying to misguide others, pl read that 16 no again.
if u dont understand then dont hesitate to ask here.

there are so many expert here to answer ;D ;D ;D
We should always try to read the whole instruction and not part of it.
His information was right but it was not concluded in totality with 'if applicable"
Its good to read instruction with total concentration.
Cheers!

Like you see.....worry less about it and move on.
I've not seen a single applicant going all the way to get a legal document for the purpose of proving this family issue.
If a single status applicant is expected to do this...it will be much worse for a married applicant as both couples will need to get the legalized documents for family registry.
Beside,In my experience,I have not seen any applicant denied because of this...even if you decide not to fill the form, the implication is that you won't be able to sponsor them in the future.
Cheers.

Where is Rajaram? Is his DD encashed til now? Now It's been long time. I think CIC should have encashed his DD..

Also I need to know if anyone of 2014 applicant who has enchased his DD till date.
