I received PER today from Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca

" Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

Got an email from WES, stating
"Due to extremely high volume for FSWP, credential assessments are now estimated to take 20 days from the time of receipt and acceptance of all required documents and payment. We are making every effort to complete reports as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but thank you for your patience. " :o

Is There any difference in using DD vs CC in paying application? Will they consider an application within cap n then only go for encashing cc or Dd...what is the process?

Dear Senior,

My application will reach on 2 June, 2014.

NOC applied: 2173

As per past experience & current trend, can some please tell if my application will be in cap of first 500 app for NOC 2173?

Hello everyone,

I have worked under one NOC for 3 different companies, so my question is, should I list them as 3 separate entities on 12.B or should I sum up the amount I have worked and list them as a single entry?

Also, is any of the NOCs full yet?

Thanks a ton Collins. That helps quite a bit.

another thing is i was trying to send my educational qualifications documents to WES for assessment. Their website indicates as follows:

*Request for your mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the appropriate State Board of Technical Education.
-OR-
You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and dated by the State Board of Technical Education. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

NOTE: Attestations by persons outside the state boards, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will NOT be accepted.*

i am not sure how easy it would be for my state board of technical education to send copies to WES (based in india). Any clues anyone?
i can always send the attested photocopies through a notary but it seems that would not be accepted. :'(

You have to courier it on behalf of them. Get the documents in a sealed envelop provided by your institute and just couier it. ;D ;D

CIC has not yet updated status of NOCs yet, but for now no NOC is full.

As you will be providing LOR from 3 different companies, its advisable to list them as 3 different entities with same NOC.
