Thanks for reply . Any idea, in which cap I will fall ? I need this information considering cap limitation.

You choose which NOC to apply under. You could even apply under both, if you have 2 original copies of your ECA and IELTS and you are willing to send 2 completely separate applications.

Frens, where it is written in the website of CIC that if one wishes to show his proof of fund via bank account statement then he need to submit the account statement at least of 3 months time period???

It isn't as far as I have seen, but you do need to include some proof. However, the local VO can ask for any type of documentation they wish. They have wide discretion.

Ok thanks boss :)

:) :). It's ok.

Just for your information and other members who might have confusion why educational requirement is not required and why some members confidently saying it is not required and what is the source.

The source is the ministral instruction called OP 6-C – Federal Skilled Worker Class – Applications received on or after May 4, 2013(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf).

Page 12 of the instruction guide:
Note: The “Employment Requirements” listed in the NOC description for each occupation are not
applicable.

So hope that going forward, we all can confidently communicate this message.

I thank seniors like kollins, baif, century and many others who always take their time to spoon feed us newbies ;) But before things get's so bad on my part, can i get an advice on this question that i have asked before concerning the NOC i'm expected to use. My Job title is Correspondent and my Job duties are nsync with that of journalist under Unit group 5123 which is under the listed NOC 1123.How do i know the NOC i'm expected to use cos i'm told that though 5123 isn't listed openly but it's still a NOC under ''CLASSIFIED ELSEWHERE'' ! :'( Can i get a swift advice please seniors !

The best way I know is to email your duties descriptively to HRSDC. Email id: noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca.

CIC says that "You will get points based on your age on the day when the Centralized Intake Office gets your application."

Which exact date is this? Is it the date when they receive my application?

My birth date is Sep. 1st. How long approx. before this date I should have my application ready?

Thanks.

They mean the day they actually receive the application.

Will you fail to make the pass mark if you have another birthday? If so I suggest sending it out at least 10 days prior to your birthday, even sooner if you can.

As long as your job responsibilities match around 80% of NOC 1123, you can apply safely.

The job titles have been compiled according to Canadian system and it might not get match with the corresponding roles and reponsibilities of other part of the world. So don't bog down with the job title rather concentrate how your roles and responsibilities match with eligible NOC's rolesand responsibilities.

Experts plz guide me on this : applying for purchasing manager noc is 0113.
I have experience of working in wholesale distribution company.

When i opened hrsdc for noc 0113 it mentions below classified elsewhere which involves retail and wholesale buyers noc 6222, which is not there is occupation list.

Now my question is , whether i am eligible to apply for noc 0113 as purchasing manager or not as classified elsewhere noc fits 100% on my experience.

Confused , need advice
This classified elsewhere thing is out of my mind!!
