One question left here -

Another point , i was in Canada in June 2013 (Last entry),

In generic form Q11, it asks for last date of entry to Canada but the field is blanked out don't know why.

In q9, I mentioned Citizenship - INDIA and Q 9, current country of stay India and Q11 blanks out.

Do you think i should write by pen on printed form ?

Another point i was in Canada for Student permit for 1 year so i mentioned that in Q12 but i was in Canada for Worker permit from 31st 07- 2013 between this i was in PGWP and Temporary resident.

But i have not mentioned it since it is asking for over 6 month of stay and my Student visa ended on 31st July 2013 so i was in Canada on TRV from 31st 07 to 17 -08

Should i write this or leave it out ?

Another thing, in travel documents, should i send out a xerox of my student and worker permit stamped on VISA, i have left them out as of yet i believe by using UCI, they should have all details.

Rest all app is done, waiting to fill this and send it out all is done.

You don't need to fill that. It is only required if you're CURRENTLY in Canada. They've worded it wrong, so don't worry. Also, don't write any thing in pen since this is the only form that is all digital (you get a barcode encoded data). Anyway, Q11 is not needed if you're not in Canada anymore.

What did u do/papers u submitted about that employment?

It will not make sure that those docs will be added to ur application...

Just wait and see about the PER..!..:)

You are grossly mistaken .. Pls see your revised picture :

Assets: Fixed deposit

Liabilities : Nil

Settlement funds: Fixed deposit worth CAD $$ - (as per Guidelines for given # family members)

(LIC and Pension Plans is in a way Insurance/ Investment/ Retirement Planning - and your EMI for that is a subscription amount Not a loan/ liability. However, it cant be considered Liquid / for Settlement funds because it is time barred and payable only when the plan matures / retirement/ u go upar !) :o

Fixed deposit is also time barred.

I think insurance premium should be considered liquid upto the surrender amount (even I am niche ;)); because I can get my portion back if I stop the insurance. In this case, we need to submit the surrender value from the insurance company.

Proof of funds- Spouse's balance considered..??

With ref. to proof of funds,

Please let me know whether my spouse's income & balance is considered..??

Can I show my & my spouse's Provident Fund, Pension Fund, Maturity value of insurance policy, Share market value etc..??

Also, please suggest me what else I can show as a proof of fund..??

Do I need to show in CAD $ as our bank provide balance certificate in Indian Rupee only..??

Fixed deposit is time deposit.

Another one is sight deposit such as current account/saving account.

Fixed deposits/ term deposits/ Timed deposits are time barred.. but en-cashable On demand... only penalty 1% less interest income (so long as it Unencumebered... 5 mins task.. that why it is liquid)

You are right about the Insurance policy .. surrender value subj to Policy features, T&C (But for CIC purpose difficult to document / explain )

I agree to your point sir, it is barcode encoded and using my UCI, they can find out whatever needed.

Since my Work permit stay is just a month, i won;t write it, they can find it in records.

Thanks for suggestion.
