Thanks bro. One more question i have got fd of rs 5 lakh from my father as a gift, 10 days before. He directly made fd of my name from his account , the money didnt came in my account, it just simply deducted from his account and fd for my name is made.

Bro i want to know can i show this , or do i need to give affidavit drom father for giving gift, plz give your suggestions

Hi I want also to ask for your advise, how about if the company is already closed and nowhere to find, and nobody is there anymore. unfortunately i did'nt get any reference letter from them. only what i have here is a copy of contract but it did not show any job description only the title of my position. Is there any chance i can claim this experienced?

Yes of course ...(although final acceptance is up to CIC, but the acceptance rate is not bad)

In that case add a cover letter mentioning ur situation about the absence of work letter with company letter head.

Also add an affidavit of the responsibilities u did.

U can submit below Sample affidavit for the alternate work reference/job description letter:

I am unable to obtain a letter with the job description from my employer because the HR department doesn't provide any such letter with the job duties mentioned on it. The only thing they provide with is an experience letter with the designation and the tenure of the employment mentioned on it, that too at the time of relieving. I have that letter and I shall enclose the notarized copy of the same.

Ideally you shudnt, but its okay if you have. not a big deal.

There wasn't any FSW last to last year i.e. 2012.

As far as FSW 2013, only completed Apps were charged... else returned.

Expect guys to be specific when sharing their experience...it rather adds to the confusion

I think the file is returned for not providing reference letter but not because of stapples moreover he is talking about last to last year and CIC changed the process in 2013. I think now they don't charge incomplete files as someone in this forum has already got his file back without charging because he didn't provided reference letter.

Century , I agree with you . NID should be provided . But not because our personal number on our passport is the same as NID number, only because it is a false information to click no on the NID section , because each and every Bangladeshi has a NID.

However I am finding the translation process very difficult. No one seems to know about this affidavit process as mentioned on the guide:

""An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document""

In this case does it have to be a certified translator or any person knowledgeable in English language other than family members can do this affidavit in the presence of Notary and sign the affidavit?? is this ok ??

Certified translator.
Setp 1: Get it translated by Certified Translator. (find out lot of name who are certified translator http://dhaka.usembassy.gov/legal_resources.html )
Step 2. Get an affidavit from the translator that that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. After getting the letter get it notarized.
Step 3 : Get the original copy certified/notarized.

You will submit: 1. Translated copy by certified translator 2. affidavit done by translator 3. original copy notarized.

Once again please help me on the same issue.

I found out commissioner of oath and notary public is the same thing.

Now for translation how to get affidavit done by translator in the presence of notary public? No translator seems to be doing this .

Do you know any translation agency who is willing to give affidavit also in Bangladesh?

This is important as the guide mentions for translations, translators need to make affidavit also and sign in front of a notary

The week starting 5th, hasn't been charged yet .. nor PER mails sent to 1st week (truncated) week Applicants.

It should be fine. I stapled mine as well and asked the same question...

Only effect is that however is checking you file might get annoyed at having to remove the staples .

You increase their workload. They have to un-staple your form and scanned it. If they pissed of doing it and find other errors, they will curse you.

Good thing is that no one ever rejected for stapling; it does not mean, you can do it.

I am Smitha and I am planning to immigarte to Canada in FSW 2014 program for Software Tester. I do qualify and I am struck with the experience letters from the companies i worked earlier.

I am not getting the proof of experience as authorized by canadian government format and some companies are not giving any letter bcos of their company policies. Please help me, what are the next options to get this.

Please help as I am really in need of alt information.

Ideally, CIC says not to staple as mentioned on the checklist. So, surely not recommended. If you stapled and sent already, no worries as others suggested. Not a big deal.

Hi Seniors,

Could you please help me out with my Query.

After calculating my points, I am in the border line of the points. I am falling short by one month of work experience till date. The thing is I have moved from one company to other and in between there was one month of gap which is making the shortage. But I have worked as freelancer to a Institution for this one month, I have offer letter, reference letter from the head of that instituion but the payslip does not mention about the tax, as it was a freelancing contract and I have not paid tax for this month. Would this create a issue please let me know ?
I am very much scared if my application gets rejected just because i do not have the proper payslip for this one month ?
