I would suggest sending it in a separate packet, just like any other new application.

I am not sure if they give you any preference because your is a returned case.

You'd help a whole lot of people if you can reproduce the review letter verbatim (blocking out personal details).

@ravi12,can you reproduce the letter attached with your returned application?


I think the moderator should include a line for rejected applications just as it was done last year. This will serve as a caution sign to prospective applicants.

As per post from @Ravi12, his review letter is dated 19th May 2014. On 20th, I had psoted that someone from CIC helpdesk that they will start charging from that day.

Many on the forum were critical of that information especially @gs123.

As far as I'm concerned,you only need a refined experience letter from your employer which you claimed you have already.
You have also confirmed nothing was retained.
Transcripts isn't mandatory to be included so you are fine with or without it.
Not many applicants are lucky like you.....My application package of January,2014 isnt back to me yet.....another application package of mine of April 4th,2014 isnt back also.....count yourself lucky.!

Like my people would say "no vex" (meaning do not be put off). In the heat of the emotion and expectation,many people are bound to disbelieve you. You have done the right thing providing first hand information. Please do not be put off by anyone's cynical comments.

Anyway, whats the status of your app? Did you try to find with your bank about your DD being cashed? Also, check on ECAS if you have UCI number.

Points calculated (provided my employment is accepted): 72
Share in my father business: yes

If eligible, what work documents should i prepare? should i include the director list and reveal that its my father company?

No it was last year. I sent letter one day after my package but they returned the letter within 2 weeks. They were not able to match it up.

sorry to know it didn't go through fine. Make sure your new letter is complete in all respects including annual salary, no. of hours, duration, positions held and duties for each position help during work experience. Good luck!

Really felt bad but didnt have a way to prove my point at that juncture.

I went to SBI to check the status, they said they dont have a way to check its encashment status.

I have checked on ECAS as well ( I had UCI from my previous Canada travels) but no update as yet. Does anyone else on the forum whose CC Has been charged checked ECAS?

Hi guys... i have attached my employer letter stating my job responsibilities .. but i forgot to write the responsibilities in the economic form.. i did write the position, duration.. but the last column showing responsibilities, i left blank... even we cannot write more than a word there.. but i forgot to write anything.. but i do have my letters attached.. appreciation certificates, etc.
Could this be a reason of rejection.. my application has reached canada but will be delivered some day this week

When should we start working on Police Clearance? I am want these certificate to be ready on time, but I am afraid of the processing time, since the PCC are only for 3 months. I don't want to work on them right now then expire before they requested. I have to provide 4 PCC from Jordan, UAE , Oman and USA. I have applied under NOC 1112 and my application reached on May 7, 2014. Any advise
