Hi,

I am confuse..how did you get today is 5th day of document review by CIC? Is there any sites where we can get these information.
I have checked CIC official website today. Though last modified date was 27 May 2014, there is no update on caps details yet. So
should we rely on information given in website?

Please give your opinion, Experts !

In the background declaration form.
For the education part i have written university and college = 16 as in am B.tech and left every other thing blank.

But belowthat i have specified the duration of B.Tech, 12 and 10 with the right information for every field.

Will this cause any issue to my application

Should i send the background declaration form again with a cover letter or it will be fine.
Please advice ...........

Hi,

I think Yes. Since this time we have larger number of caps though 2174 is the one which is expected to be filled very fast.
Since you have everything ready and there is nothing you can lose except courier charge. So I suggest you to resend it.

btw, when your application was accepted by CIC? Since I have also applied for 2174 and my document was received by CIC on 12 May 2014
and I haven't heard anything yet.

Assets: Property (total cost) + fixed deposits +bank statements
Liabilities: Property (what is left to be paid)
Settlement funds:fixed deposits, bank statments

I have one important news yesterday CIC returned my file because i had not listed all the duties and responsibilities.
Can i apply again?
My employer gave a new letter with all the responsibilities.

What is the process to apply again because they have already removed the transcripts.

That came back very quick. When did you apply? You can definitely apply again. Can you request duplicate transcripts?

Hi, you can apply again but include a new set of your transcripts. Hope you kept a copy of these for your self before? Best of luck.

I had applied on 1 may and they sent it back on the 26 ….. and they removed the transcript out of the envelope..i have the transcript…but shod i send the same file with updated responsibility.

We both in same boat ,Even i am applying in this NOC - exact situation - As my wife is eligible in NOc 2263 so we applied in that as all docs were ready , but i wana make second application as me a prime applicant
Good news is you can apply , you can disclose that its your father company.

If you documents are still up to date...you can send back immediately.
When did you apply?...FSW2013 or FSW2014?

You need to replace your reference letter with the new one offered to you.
Include new transcripts too.
Check your POF documents...is still up to date?
Is the original IELTS result there?
Is the original ECA report there?
is you CC/DD still intact?...if its DD,you may need to generate another one because of the validity...if its CC,you are fine......but I will advice you to use DD for your next application to be on the safe side.
Beside....Just check your package again and have a THIRD EYE to cross check for you again.

I don't think you need original transcripts for CIC so you can send it as it is.

Hello Guys,

POF is very new i took it last month .
Yes ECA is there but same thing they punched it.
CC is there but i had to fill a new form because they had put a cross on it….

They Hav sent a lll the document back with punched on the top left corner on all the doc and my cc and generic form crossed so i had to fill it again.
