I am unable to get PCC from my home country and my current country of residence, it will take at least 3 weeks to get PCC.
Can anyone please tell me what to write in cover letter for not including PCC.
Many Thanks.

Just keep unmarked in the document checklist. That will do.

If you want to give cover letter, just write that you are unable to provide PCC due to time constraints and will be provided when your file will be transferred to Visa Office.

@s7

that will give heart attack to 2-7 May applicants :D

So even if by any chance they charge ur CC before ur turn, keep it to urself :o

Now we can confirm that CIc started with 2nd of May applications

I wish they jump to the 8th of May LOL

Do we need to submit Original PCC or a copy/scanned version will do?

Anyone can please help understand next steps after CC charged?

No need. Just state that you will be providing PCCs when requested by the local VO.

congrats.. can you confirm when it reached CIC. if you can confirm then we can know that CIC started to process 2nd of May applications

Applications DO NOT reach in 1 day from India even if you have selected DHL Express or Fedex Express or any EXPRESS service, it took 8 days for my app to reach them INCLUDING weekend days.

PCC has to be original. No scanned or photocopies accepted.

1. Is it a GUARANTEE that once your CC is charged or Bank Draft has cleared, you become: +ve Eligibility review candidate and then your file moves forward to step 2 for scrutiny ?

2. If payment not deducted means, application is NOT Complete and RETURNED?

3. If Candidate REJECTED after scrutiny in step 2, is this 1100$ fee refunded or LOST?

Thanks..>!

Thanks Future Canadian for your answers,

That's so helpful, so is the continuous employment should be with one employer , for example i worked 6 months full time and then moved to self employment with out any gap in between under the same NOC . so by dates i have 1 year 3 months in same NOC with out gaps is this valid and considered as continuous. Thanks will be waiting for your replies .

As per the Document Checklist (IMM5612E), item 18, you need to submit originals. You may submit later, when your file reaches your VO, but they encourage you to send with your initial application.

As for steps after CC charged, as far as I know, you will receive your PER by email, and your application will be forwarded to your VO, where it will stay until they get to it and start verifying your information. You may be called for an interview or not, and afterwards you will receive a request for medical exams. This is generally a sign that they will approve you, unless you or any of your family members in the application have a serious medical condition. After you complete your exams, they will request your passports, stamp the visa and return your passport together with the Certificate of Permanent Residence, and you're all set to move in.

How long it takes depends on the VO, and there's a table in the CIC site stating average time for each VO.
