What is the basis for occupation job duties or title (designation) provided by organization ? I am titled sr. Software engineer but my duties are those of database analysts and data administrator. So what occupation do I specify for question no 12.b or in another form also where it say current occupation -is it database analysts and data administrator or senior software engineer? I know that I have to answer as database analysts and data administrator noc 2172 for 12.a .

Guys. All my documents are ready. My estimate for my points is 71 even if I only have one year experience. These past 3 years 2011-2014 is that I'm doing home-based online job but I can't produce any working papers because my employer is not registered as a company and refuses to give such working docs. So I have just to put these past 3 years as 'unemployed', to avoid complications. Would these 3 years that I am unemployed be an issue in my application even if my points is 71?

Snrs Pl revert ur advice

Hello

If you have two professional degrees then you can claim 23 points according to the educational point system. For example if a person hold one diploma and one degree after the diploma he can claim for two courses.it should be more than or equivalent to two years.

Pls seniors, have already sent my application before my study visa was rejected. Hope this will not affect my fsw application or do I have to inform them by mail. Thanks

wt is ur NOC?
don't write unemployed
my suggestion is just write in cover letter mentioning that u have been working with this company which is not registered locally therefore u are unable to send any this job related documents.
however, as u said without mentioning this job u got enough point to apply then go for it.

i also request senior members share their opinion/ thought

Don't put unemployed, I suggest that you put "Freelance". This is way better.

Hello,
I have a serious question here, and I need URGENT HELP

I have applied before for "Quebec certificate selection" and my application was rejected after the interview because I didn't complete the required points "due to low mark in french Language".

Now I am planning to apply to FSW 2014, Shall I mention that in the Background Declaration form or not??

If I mention, will they reject my application, As they think that I have intention to go to Quebec (Which is totally not true)

and if I didn't mention, will this affect my application later on , or will this be a misrepresentation??

I am a totally confused and don't know what to do,

Please guide me if you have a confirmed answer

thanks for your Cooperation

I recommend you to mention it, I have never seen a case rejected on such basis. Moreover they will find out from your passport number. If they find out and get no mention on your aplication, chances of rejection will increase. Best Luck..

Your Mother's Birth Certificate

Your Aunt's Birth Certificate

Additionally u need to prove her residence in Canada, with following docs

1. Her utility bills (elect, phone etc), and house mortage/rental deed etc
2. If these bills r in name of her husband, then the Marriage Certificate
3. You can also provide employment letter of her husband (if he is employed) or any other proof of her husband's business

Thanks a lot shah2014,

- Is it ok if I show passport copies of both sisters where their parents name is mentioned or Birth certificate is compulsory?
- And are there any requirements of salary slips and tax report of my aunt's husband (who is employed)?

Many Thanks in advance.... :)

Here is my IELTS scores-

I have calculated my point per ability, writing- 6, Reading-5, speaking-6 but what about listening? Should I consider listening score 7 as CLB level 7 or 8?
