She gets 67 points when she has 24 months of experience. She has 23 months of experience now. Can she apply now or have to wait for another one month. Her NOC is 2173. Will CIC accept her application with 23 months of experience.
I would say they might reject u if u don't have 67 points when they evaluate it...so it would be safe if cap permits to send it after completing 2 yes

Dear All,

I have one question regarding "Liabilities" section,i am having car loan on my name, do i need to mention that in Canadian dollars and attach the required documents.

Please advice.

Thanks

@Madi k

1. Yes you can ask them to reassess, there is no point in putting blame on any1. Just say that you want your speaking section to be reassessed and pay reassessment fee.
2. Doesn't matter if the examiner is Pakistani or other nationality. IELTS is a standardized test and examiners are properly qualified and quality is assured through surprise audits (an auditor appears in front of them as regular student and checks their quality)
3. As per IELTS policy, they have to read most of the questions from script (its like a questionnaire, which they read out to you). In my personal opinion, they only ask questions from their own when last part in which u have to speak on a topic (also read from paper) for 2-3 mins (forgot the exact allowed time) and they ask follow-up questions (even in this basic structure of follow-up question is usually written)
4. The speaking module is recorded and verified by another examiner.
5. The usually use some distractors to analyze ur speaking ability in normal conversation. In my case, the examiner (Britisher, i appeared in GCC) had stop watch, which had alram going off every 1 min. It was such a distraction, i even asked him couple of times (whether it indicates my speaking time is over? and every time he said NO carry on) just to show my annoyance.

6. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, U CAN ALWAYS ASK THE EXAMINER TO REPEAT THE QUESTION. THEIR IS NO DEDUCTION FOR THIS. U CAN ASK THEM TO SIMPLY REPEAT OR REPHRASE.

Therefore, while ur best option is to request re-evaluation, do it as a mature adult without putting blame on anyone

Dear Seniors,

Please guide:

1) Is the CC charged on the basis of completeness of application/documents and without any kind of verifications/checks ?
2) If the CC is charged, does it mean 100% surety that PER would be issued ?
3) What are the activities between CC charge and issuance of PER ?
4) At what stage verifications/checks happen ?

Sorry for several questions but just want to clear my thoughts.

Regards

Hi All,

I have a question abt funds.
Should we consider home loan as liability ?
If yes in that case should I consider my house as asset ?
Or
Can I just mention my savings bank account as assets with zero liabilities.

Regards

1) Yes
2) 99%
3) Nothing
4) after AOR

@guru2010

Querywise reply is

1) Yes, with verification, only completion as per requirement is checked
2) 99.9% PER is issued but in some cases it has followed with rejection letter and reimbursement of the fee
3) Not sure, i guess its quality assurance (random checking) by a senior.
4) At VO

Can somebody clarify?

If there is bank loan in the spouse's name, and he/she (Spouse) is serving the loan, then should the principal applicant mention the loan as liability?

I think you should

Greetings to all,
Please advise me if i am eligible to apply.
I am one of the directors in my father's company (private limited) engaged in construction activities and have been working there for the last 7 years. Am i eligible provided i fulfill the education and IELTS requirements? FYI there have been regular NEFT transfers from the company to my own personal savings account for the last 2 years that i can show as income proof.
If eligible, what work documents should i prepare? should i include the director list and reveal that its my father company?

P.S I am thinking of applying under NOC 0013.

Help on this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Wael.ot

So, it means that if I am in top 1000 applications in my applied NOC and my documents are OK, my CC is 100% charged.

Am I right ?
