Amanuppal is not listed in spreadsheet.. He got his CC charged yesterday..

But in the spreadsheet only 2 CC charged are reported

I strongly agree. My friend PR process went fine till last phase. Where he included his would-be. Process delayed. Meantime officer ce for verification, not satisfactory & got refusal. His friends got PR w/o verification.

Its disappointing to know your case... Another Option is to check your hubby's job duties match it with any of the 50 Eligible Occupation in the list..apply with him as PA. (Provided he gets min 6 bands in IELTS)

if your cousin have enough points to qualify then no need to wait for july

She gets 67 points when she has 24 months of experience. She has 23 months of experience now. Can she apply now or have to wait for another one month. Her NOC is 2173. Will CIC accept her application with 23 months of experience.

Hello Friends,

I have following query for applying under NOC-2171:-
->I've checked under NOC Job titles and my current designation is not matching out of the 79 titles given in the list of NOC-2171.

My current designation is "Senior Quality Engineer" where as , the most matching title i found in the list is "Senior Quality Analyst" .
So i want to check with You all, whether we should have matching tiltes for applying under a particular NOC or i can apply with my
current Job title.

I don't think ECA report takes too much time as it is told. i sent my documents on 29 April and received the report on 20 May. So it took around 21 days in total. Many people told me it would take like 2 months! But if everything is ok, then im sure you will get your report within 1 month or so...

Hi,i wil strongly suggest you to go for a rechecking. I did the same although in my case it was writing module.but i am sure you wil get the required 0.5 bands. Best of luck.

Actually i wanted to make complain against the ielts examiner who took my speaking test, but my husband refrain me to do that there was a pakistani lady n was v unattentive ,she was asking me the questions by reading the scripts n was not talking to me directly... i missed the frst question she askd , just bcz she was bzy in arranging documents and was not directed towards me ...may b i lost 0.5 just due to dt.

Thanks for the quick response.

could someone clarify on WES online report.

Seems WES provides online version of report to CIC and that processing officers could crosscheck the originals we send along with application.

My questions here are :

Is this necessary ?

Would it affect the processing if not done ?

If not done already, can I do it now ?(there is an option with WES to pay $87.45 and get it done .I am concerned about timelines)

1. Checklist > Cover Letter (if any)> All Forms as per checklist> All supporting documents (including IELTS, ECA) > DD> Photo. Ensure doing it according to the document checklist serial.
2. Any one will do but suggest to submit both.
3. Not require but if you want, you can. I did notarized.

If there is bank loan in the spouse's name, and he/she (Spouse) is serving the loan, then should the principal applicant mention the loan as liability?

Relation Proof = Done

I sent my application on 20 May by FedEx. Still its waiting "At destination sort facility" : probably its going to reach on 26 May... wish me luck too ;D
