I am planning to send application on 10 th july .

But on 1st august my experience will be of 6 years

what should i do?

what does First official language (Maximum 24 points) means

If i get 6 band in each module how many points will i get

and if my spouse gets 5 in each band how many points we can get in total

If you get 6 in each band it will be total 16 points. For your spouse you will get 5 points.

Settlement fund

Is it OK if I show CAD$15000 in my bank statement ( for 2 people) which is just one month old.
I have sent $15000 in 3 transactions with in a period of 20 days from my foreign account to my home country account.

and my spouse has a balance of CAD$ 20000 in her account maintained from 1.5 years

Will there be any problem, if I show both ( mine + spouse) bank statements, as my bank statement is new and money came recently into my account.

Hi

You wont be able to make upto 67 points becoz of the score you have got.
And there might be a case that your file might be rejected becoz of this... as CIC ask for 6 Bands in each atleast..

So you r still not late.. prepare and appear again for IELTS

Its more like 500 applicants each NOC as the total applicants possible is 25000.

it is clearly stated that it is 1000 per NOC..
the total of 25000 is the overall cap..
hope this clear things up...

Check with oth IDP and British Council, also u can check in other cities. But as a matter of fact, u shud have 6 on all 4 abilities to eligible for FSW.

i m not getting ielts registration for the whole next month....i think that i m not going to make it now, as i`ll b able to send my app in mid july ,which is v late n may b of no use.

Heres my thinking:
1000*50 eligible occupation = 50000 applicants.
But, 25000 will be selected, so its more like 500 applicants per NOC.

Settlement funds are acceptable from any of the following 3 accounts
1. Your account
2. Spouse account
3. Joint account with spouse

So u r good to go, submit ur spouse account as well

btw y dont u show ur foreign account from where u transferred the amount?

Anyways, ur spouse account wid 20 K $ is sufficient, rest can be added to further support the claim

so it will be more like

Hot NOC's 1,000
Normal NOC 400-500
Other NOC 100-200

Last year, total applications were less than 5,000 while some NOC got filled in less than 1 month

This is true. Not all NOC codes get filled up. For example, last year, NOC for Occupational Therapist only garnered 75 out of 300 slots. I hope NOC code 3011 Nurse co-ordinators and supervisors does not fill up until December.
