For education I am putting all the notarized photocopies of my mark sheets, degrees and WES Report.

Is that good?

Dude, just a tip, if possible go with a DD, the uncertainty around a CC is high and you do not want to be living in fear. The call is yours

Just as an FYI to people from INDIA, anyone with a BE + MMS, WES considers this as a MASTERS, just saw my report online. So fill your form accordingly and enjoy some additional points

I am only getting MSc degree from the UK assessed by WES. Not a real need to get my bachelors evaluate too, right? I have used the equivalency tool on WES website and apparently it equates my MSc Degree to Canadian Level of Masters Degree. How many points can one fetch with MSc, anyway, 23 or 22 pts?

1) Generic form: current occupation..what to write uemployed or Not Applicable as i m not working right now.

2) Background and declarationersonal history..I required more column what should i do?

3) Family information: name in native language. I m from gujarat india. should i write name in gujarati with pen after printing the form..

1) Write your most recent occupation
2) more columns or rows?? I guess rows . in this case write "Please find annexure" on the form and attach separate sheet and fill in your entire information . don;t forget to write the name of the form on the sheet and indicate number of question you are answering on the sheet.
3)Yes print out the form and write with pen in your native language ie. in Gujarati;

You can do it but possibly it won't give any benefit. You are giving auto-debit instruction form. If you give wrong information and attach the right photocopy of credit card, still legally they cannot use the information of photocopy. So better ask your spouse/common law partner /friend/relative to review it.

That is incorrect, refer the checklist, you need to provide proof alongwith the ECA. Please submit your marksheets, as long as it is in English you do not need notarized copies.

Rudbee, any NOC will give you points if the NOC falls into Skill Level O, A, and B categories regardless. Possibly posting the below for ten times. Good thing is that forum members of FSW2014 have almost 90% success to break this misconception created by other forums.

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application

In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011.

just make sure WES report is original. notarizztion is not required for photocopies unless the document is in language other than english or french.

Oh I see. So overall how long, how many months, you reckon it could take for a successful applicant to get a PR visa if an application is put in May 2014?

The free tool was not recognizing the masters but the actual report does.
