Hello experts..

Those friend whose application was returned due to use of old schedule form 3, in 2013 intake please help!!!

Talking about me,
For 2013 intake i applied self but my application was written due to over cap,

This time also i applied self but i used the old application form,
(form that i used during 2013 intake, downloaded forms in oct,2013)
but later on found that application forms where updated,(generic application form)
i checked both forms but found only changes in the date, as there is change of my application being returned, i would like to reapply)

For those guys whose application was returned, i have some questions,
1. Did you used the OLD schedule form with drastic change in it(like no signature, WES information addition)?
2. Was your other forms where up to date, or you used the old one with only change in the date at the footer?
----------did this change in date was considered as an use of old form?

Hello Experts,

I'm new to this forum.Please help me out with the below queries.I'm from India applying for FSW Canada.
1.I have got my higher education(B.Tech) transcripts. Do i need to just send the transcripts or xerox copies of other certificates like 10, 12 th and B.Tech certificates(another copy) for ECA.
2.Which is the best organisation for ECA. Is it WES or something else. I heard that WES is good and quicker.
3.Came to know that WES offers rush service so that we get the report in 3-5 days but i dint find info during payment option while applying.

I would be thankful if someone can respond to these querie.

Thanks a ton for your reply, I am filling the form on computer. However there are few column doesn't have appropriate length e.g. IMM5669E background/deceleration form, there is section for Education where we need to put city and country, but the space is not enough for this information. Please help me how to fill this.

Question to all the forum members.

Does anyone know if a person can apply in more than 1 NOC? I mean you apply in say NOC1234 and then you release that's not your correct NOC.... so you apply in another NOC(sayNOC9876) while your earlier application is still pending with CIC.

Does anyone know what happens in that case????

We just applied in a NOC and now release that's not my correct NOC..... so while my earlier application(applied on on 5/1/14) is with CIC, can I send another application to CIC with different NOC??
Will it these 2 applications make CIC suspicious about my case and reject bot of my applications??

Yes one can apply for more than 1 NOC. But, you will need 2 copies of IELTS and WES i believe

Hi....i have the same issue... I think date of birth and Father name would be sufficient as in those day name of the child was normally not filled.

Dear Experts, seeking your urgent attention..
I Have my birth certificate which doesn't include my name on it, yeh this is bit weird.

My birth certificate was issues after day or two of my birth date and my name was yet to decide. In this case they just issued a birth certificate by crossing the Name field on the certificate however my Parents name, Place of birth and date of birth matches with passport.

Please suggest what to do in this case? has anyone else gone through having similar certificate?

Hi..i will be applying next week and have some doubts...
1. do i need to provide original offer letter and salary slips or photocopies.
2. I have worked with an employer for 2 months and with the second employer for 22 months. Will that 2 months of experience be counted? I have only experience certificate of this 2 months hob showing that i have worked here, my salary but i dont have pay slips and offer letter from this employer..will that be okay?
3. I am from India and on my birth certificate my name is not written... Only my father's name and my date of birth... Will that be okay or do i have to submit any note explaining this...

Hi,
My spouse has been working as a staff nurse in emergency department since 2009. As compared to her duties and responsibilities with NOC 3012 'Registered nurses and Registered Psychiatric nurses',it seems that her duties just match in one or two points out of ten points. However, under 3012 there are various titles ,among them, a title of 'emergency nurse' is also included but they have not mentioned duties and responsibilities of this particular title. In this regard, would she be safe to apply to get experience points against with the number of years she has worked?

Mandeep, I am using a letter sized photo copy paper and included all the information i could not mention in the form.

question #1. what is your highest level of education.
===i finished my bachelor's degree in my home country but its equivalent in Canada based on my ECA report is just a 2 year diploma. i was wondering whether to put bachelor's degree or just select post-secondary- no degree or non-univeristy certificate/diploma ???


question #4 intended occupation?

I came to know that you are applying as a LPN by reading your posts. May I ask you why did you prefer this instead of 3012 Registered nurses? Is it b coz of your duties and responsibilities that best matches with LPN? Why I am asking this to you is I too want to confirm that my duties are closed to the LPN but my designation and educational background suits for 3012 Registered nurses. I hope your feedback will assist me to decide in this scenario.

If any one ca explain that in my file I shown proof of funds is approx 11500 $ by attaching ban statement. As we r 4 family members I have to show around 22000$. For balance how can I convince them or I have to resend my bank statement. Is this affect my application ?

Fixed deposit certificate of just 15 days old and maturity period of 2 years will be OK / not - for Proof of funds

For settlement funds? It may not be because the maturity date is too far in the future for it to be a liquid asset. Though in my experience most fixed deposits can be withdrawn before maturity with a penalty.

Regardless of maturity date, any fixed deposit can be shown as Settlement Fund because you can liquidate it any time as future_canadian told.

My application is already with CIC and i noticed that while filling out Personal history in Background declaration form,
I missed to fill details for one month. Sad
I filled details like
2006 06 2007 08 Studying
2004 05 2006 04 Studying

so i missed to account for month "2006 05"

will it cause any problem?
CIC website says Important information. Failure to account for all time periods will result in a delay in the processing of your application.
Delay is OK, but i am concerned about rejection, any experience?

how can u send 11500 CAD instead of 22000cad ?

It should affect ur application....

Its really up to CIC (if u already shown with less balance for POF)....
