I have no intention of wasting money but my fear is that it shud not happen dat all the rest of the applicants send their photocopies attested and I was d only one not doin so. This shud not make the cic officer feel why her application is different. I know it's a stupid thing to worry abt but please can some senior confirm who send thr docs without attesting and the application got accepted. Plssss...

Also I hav work in 5 companies...3 if them gave me reference letter. 2 didn't. ..so shud I provide an affidavit for dat or a simple cover letter?

These r all last minute panic questions...I m seriously panicking

Several time it has metioned --its no mandatory...

max of the applicants has sent without notarization...so dont worry...

And for the ref letter--If u are going to claim points for those employment yr then u should sent affidavit. other than this, just sent the appointment/paslip or such docs that are available to u....

My application was returned due to overcap,
This time also i applied for FSW 2014.
But mistakenly I used the form that was up-to-date till oct, 2013,
But from this shared doc i found that,

some application was returned due to use of old schedule 3 form,

Those guys whose application was returned due to this reason
Can you share the experience from your side,
Was the Schedule form you used totally different then the updated one? or was there only change in the date?

But in my case generic application form has been updated but the change that i could see is the date on the bottom corner of the page.
Is this going to hamper my application?

Unfortunately, according to my follow up for FSWP 2013, I think your file will be returned for old format although the change is in date only not in data. I think you should contact CIC ASAP by email and ask them about the best solution. Whether you may send the wrong form only, Or to withdraw your file and send another one.

can i track deemed incomplete application with uci number. because my document was deemed incomplete, i didnt get back the document but i have uci number.....

Here u go:

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."


U can submit below Sample affidavit for the alternate work reference/job description letter:

The only thing they provide with is an experience letter with the designation and the tenure of the employment mentioned on it, that too at the time of relieving. I have that letter and I shall enclose the notarized copy of the same.

There was a large changes on Sch 3 form during FSW13 opening(as i already mentioned --ECA addition, spouse IELTS addition on the form).....That is why using older form was a major error....

But for the Generic Form none of the FSW13 has claimed to be rejected.....

So I believe using old dated form (if date s the only change in the form) then applicant's file will not returned....

It is very likely you are going to make it by 2nd week of july even for NOC 1112
Should i even send my application??? Why not... There is nothing much to loose, even if CAP reaches only money you lose is courier and WES fees.
Is there any way you can track how many application CIC has received?? You can get idea idea from below link..but mind it not all received applications are error free...and this is where others get advantage, also this sheet only represents members on this foum. so speed up as fast as you can.

Hello Friends,

One of my friends wants to apply as University professors and lecturers (4011) under FSW . We are confused on claiming points. Could anyone help us calculate exact points. Her details are below:

Language: She is confident to get CLB level 8 in IELTS.

Education:
Ph.D. Horticulture - 2013
M.Sc. Horticulture - 2007
B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture - 2004

Experience:
1. Presently working as Subject matter Specialist/Asst. Professor (Horticulture) since Oct 2012
2. Six years experience as freelance horticulture consultant and landscape designer.

Age: 33 yrs.

Adaptability: Not applicable.

Although she is married but separated and her divorce procedure is going on so there is no question of her husband's language ability points.

Also, please advise us how she should proceed when it comes to her divorce issue. Does she have to wait till she gets divorce. What documents she should submit if she wants to apply before her divorce. She has one child who shall accompany her to Canada.

Please advise in detail addressing all my concerns above.

Hmmm...this divorce issue is a tricky issue.
Firstly....
1.Education.....Phd will give her 25 points
2.IELTS......I'm assuming minimum of 16points
3.Age of 33 will give her 12 points
4.Experience will give her 15 points
TOTAL is 68points....qualified according to the information you supplied and my assumed IELTS of 16points.

On the divorce issue,there are two(2) ways out for me....
1.Its either she waits until when her divorce is legalized and sorted out so that when she fills divorced in her generic form,she will be able to provide a divorce certificate.This way....she wont have to provide any details of her spouse

2.She may have to temporarily explain to her spouse to pretend to go along with the application for her to present the marriage certificate.After PERS,and when the divorce certificate is out,she can notify her local V.O by sending the divorce certificate.In this case,her spouse will still supply passport photographs as stated in the document checklist and her spouse will fill the form IMM5669 and 5406

Really....its a dicey situation.I will advice her to go for option one since she still have time to do her ECA and IELTS and maybe the divorce will be settled then
if she envisaged that it wont be settle before end of the year/sending her application,she should humbly pursue option two with all humility and explain to her spouse who should be understanding.

She may seek advice from lawyers too on the way forward regarding this scenario.

No...you cant track it.
All you can do is make sure you send a well packaged application when next you are sending it.
Since it was incomplete,no updates will be on ECAS for you unless you are already in processing stage.

For this reason i have provided the prev format...
Its for self declaration affidavit...No need of the signature of seniors....since they are not agreed (as u mentioned)....

And Notarization and affidavit of this papers on BD should be ok....

HR is not agreed but i can mange from my seniors in plain paper not in company pad. In that case what to do? is still notarize is required

Will New Application detail be verified against previous application detail..??

I just want to know whether the new FSW application detail will be verified against the previous application detail..??
(which was returned due to NOC cap filled in 2011)

What if I do not provide the UCI no. in the new application which was allocated to previous application..??

Is this really a major concern..??

OR should I go ahead with the new details of employment and education..??

Please guide me further on this I am just awaiting for my IELTS score & WES assessment report..??

Head of my institute will not provide any kind of letter as m currently working there.
I have recommendation letter from my head of the department, mentioning my duties ( not all ), date of joining but salary is not included.
So I will provide Solemn Affirmation including all job duties, my salary, the reason why i have not provided it on company's letterhead and this recommendation letter.
will it work?
