Job Title: Strategist - Financial Models and Plans
Major Accountabilities

1 Help create and maintain financial and market models for business and competitor analysis
2 Gather information to analyze the performance of companies within the industry sector and develop key investment ideas
3 Investment cost/benefit analysis. Create the business case associated with expansion and infrastructure investments
4 Develop a P&L forecast, and determine pricing for new ventures
5 Prepare charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings

1 Estimating the yard capacity and utilization trends to analyze/monitor current revenue flow

3 Participate in the analysis of new opportunities for terminal yard growth and expansion projects
4 Identifying and analyzing sources of capacity to meet revenue requirements
5 Evaluating capacity expansion as regards financial cost, risks and projected ROI
6 Creating various capacity financial models and scenarios for recommendations to management
7 The use High level planning to justify capital expenditure and profit forecasts
8 The use of Navision ERP financial management solution tools
9 Assist in planning cost saving continuous improvement processes for increased efficiency
10 Writing reports and attending meetings

Guys one quick question.

All my forms are ready and even d docs. The checklist no 15 says proof of settlement fund which is fd statement and bank statement. I have both stamped from bank.

But Schedule A economic classes asks for proof for Assets ,Liability & Settlement fund.
What all proof do I need to provide for assets and liabilities if I hav property, car,home loan n car loan.

Do I need to get a certificate from CA valuing my house ?or just an affidavit self declaring it's value?

With consideration to your total assets and liabilities, indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have for settlement in Canada.

Teddy I hav read the guide but I m sure I m not the only one who wud has a home loan and almost sufficient funds for settlement and if cic is gonna do asset - liabilities = settlement funds...then definitely I will be in negative.

Coz without mentioning the property in assets my form will look like this.

Assets 21000 CAD
liabilities 72000 CAD
Settlement fund 21000 CAD

Will dat b ok ? I don't think so.

I ve prepared my file for noc 3142... Just waiting for IELTS RESULTS ... I'll get my result on 23rd bt i m also going to claim spouse ielts' points , will b getting his result on 30th may....

Is it possible to send spouse ielts later ?? Can i apply on 23rd may to fall under cap ?
Remember, wdout spouse ielts my score is 65 ...

No you can not claim 5 points if you do not send spouse ielts along with application.

Hi,How Much Fund in cash need to be shown in bank

It depends on number of family members (spouse and children) are going with you. See the table below:

Note that fund include cash balance at bank, Fixed Deposit, Bond, Stock, and other assets that you can sell within days and and convert them into cash. This is the total amount you want to take to Canada.

Centralized Intake Office. "

wt does it mean ??? that almost all the NOCs are about to get full ???

Some guys are really very funny. You are going to apply with IELTS band each and you do not understand this language what they have written.

Ok....My documents won't fit in the 9"X12" folder.
What should I do now?

All I can do now is sit and wait... But below is a list of the errors I now I made in my application.

• My Job title in one of the letter says things like "Java/J2EE and PHP Development Specialist and Infrastructure Manager", however, in the forms that ask for job experience and personal history I put that as "Project Leader and Infrastructure Manager". Annoying long titles.
  
• Another company had me in the contract as a "PHP Developer", in another letter as a "Senior PHP Developer" and I put myself in the form as "Senior Developer". I even had another document that said "Software Engineer"!, I did not send that one.
  
• I a document of form had more than one page, then I stapled them together. I know the instructions said "leave loose", but I interpreted that as do not staple the WHOLE application together. Anyway.
  
• I found a mistake in one of the attached A4 papers which had my wife's family members that did not fit in the form. I corrected it with a pen before sending it, it was just a S instead of a Z.
  

Sadly I can say that I checked those documents a thousand times, but you just find errors every time you do. What do you guys think of the above? Anything to worry about?

Use a bigger envelope then, this is just my opinion, but I have seen many people sending even boxes. I doubt many people would be able to fit their applications in an envelope that size.

I sent a slightly bigger one.

Maybe somebody else have different feedback?

You can consider shipping your documents in container.

You can opt for larger size envelop/folder but don't send any irrelevant documents and documents they did not asked for.
