Hi All,

In the spreadsheet one of the candidate has mentioned the file receiving date as 30th april, 2014 and the CC is charged on 14th May, 2014..... Is the information verified.... M confused as the application received on 30th April will be processed as 2014 intake??? Seniors please elaborate on this......

if application received on 30 april2014 will considered as previous noc's applicant. I think he is not giving proper information.

First of I would like to thank you all for the information you guys are sharing on the forum. It is very valuable for all of us.

I have applied for PR (FSW) in August- 2011 and my documents were returned Feb 2012 because the cap was reached. UCI no.
was written with pencil on my returned application. I checked the ECAs . It rerurned no results. My Queries are:

1. Can I alter the details mentioned in that earlier application..??
2. DO I need to mention the UCI no. in my new application for June-2014?

Please help on this as I need to apply in June 1st Week..!!

1) Yes you can alter anything except your DOB.
2) Write or not ur UCI will be remain same. They will find your UCI by your name and DOB.

Do we need to send ECA report only or need to send other educational documents including mark sheets ?

Yes you have to send ECA along with Details Marks Card, Leaving Certificates, Character Certificates etc etc etc

Am now sending my documents to WES. Its been a long process getting the attestation from the university.

I am submitting my 3 year Bachelor of Arts Degree and a 1 year post graduation diploma in Human resources. Wanted to check if I needed to send my SSC and HSC to WES as well? or is it just the highest level of education?

As per previous year trends. Maximum time will be 12 months. No idea for minimum.

Thanks for the prompt response. I checked the local visa office which is New Delhi(India) and the processing time is mentioned as 22 weeks, which is nearly two years. So that means it is gonna take 2 years instead of one.

I think 22 weeks are not 2 years.

thanks for replying. i used computer on writing to IMM 00008, it was validated, and some of the fields not applicable are gayed out so i assumed that that's it? and i don't need to write NA on them?

Yes if it is grayed out thn you don't need to write NA for that

I have completed a 1 year Post graduation (after my Bachelors) Diploma in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Instititute of Management Studies (NMIMS). This college has been granted the status of Deemed University by UGC, a government body responsible for higher education in professional courses.

I checked online that deemed universities are autonomous colleges, so can I get my marksheets stamped from the college itself, as WES mentions if the college is autonomous they accept attested mark sheets from the college.

Also how many points do I get in education for 3 years Bachelors in arts and 1 year Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources.

Another issue I just discovered.... It is mentioned that I REQUIRE TO PROVIDE A POLICE CLEARANCE for any country I have lived more that 6 months after being 18 years of age.

I lived 4 years in INDIA for my Graduation!...SO I AM AFRAID I need that now...
So ,Do I take it from LOCAL POLICE STATION?? and what should be written in it???

apply at your sp office (dcp pffice)
they have their format for embassy write an applicatio with ur id proof and cocument checklist page of cic attached with required fees
