Ashif bhai,

I have 5 yrs 2 months experience as 2171 noc and 2 yrs for 2172 noc and this is my current occupation. If i apply 2172 as primary occupation then will i get points for total 7 years experience. Please help
Iam not sure but lines are blur regarding work ex points on CIC site. But logically one would get points for total experience . all the best

probably you will get point only for that period for which your job duties matched with NOC code.
For example if you applied for 2172 , then you will get points only for that duration as work exp. (i.e. 2 years)
Rest i am not 100% sure about it.

Hello

I believe I qualify under cat 1123 as a Marketing professional.I had a query about ECA for academic qualification.
Do we need to do an ECA for only the highest qualifications ,whcih in my case is an MBA.Or do I also need to do it for Bachelors degree school certificates etc?

Many thanks for any help on this.

Hi Everyone,

I sent my application to CIC and was received in Canada on Wednesday 14 May 2014. When should I expect an acknowledgement from them that my application has been received?

Thanks

My wes status shows-Documents received - review in progress
We have received your documents and will contact you when your documents have been reviewed. Does it mean university verification( replying from my varsity ) has been done? Or Should I contact university ? previously it was shown as waiting for university verification. is it finished? ::)

Hi,

Is it ok if i show statements of my salaried account , which is saving account of ICICI bank while sending my file.?
And right now i have only 3600 CAD in it and i will deposit 14000 CAD (required as per my case) later and then generate bank statement and send it with file, So that will be fine or i need to show 14k CAD before 2-3 months of sending file.?

Indian applicants do not need to show National ID since they do not have it....:)

Adhar Card is not the NID....

Good luck...:)

Compliments .
1.your points as principal applicants in IELTS is 18points.......u will have additional 5 points after your spouse writes the IELTS test.
You will have 15points with your nine years experience provided you can provide a reference letter showing you have at atlest 6years or more experience as stated in the document checklist.
You will have 21 points for your education degree provided you are able to do the ECA evaluation.
You will have 11points for your age of 36 years.
Your total points if you are able to accomplish the above factors are 18+5+15+21+11 =70points
Your 70points shows that you are qualified and eligible.

2.You have come this far.....i will advice you to forget about hot or cold.Besides......you have about 2 or 3 NOCs that fit your profession.......worry more about gathering your documents pending when your wife's result for IELTS will come out.

3.You can print out the statements from both account since they are in your names and they both contain a cumulative sum of $14,720 required for your family size.

4........worry less and positively prepare towards submitting as soon as your wife's IELTS comes out.

Cheers!

Hi,

Saving account statement is okay for POF... Latest credit balance is what matters.... it is not required to be back dated balance.... Seniors, Please correct me if I am wrong

Suggested not to send bank statement in case of bulk deposit.rather make a balance certificate

Bro,

It will be ok...but since ur money maturity is not enough then u may ignore the bank statement...Just submit the Bank certificate (preferably with CAD converted amount )...:)
