As i applied last year but received my file back due to Cap filled, so wants to know:

1) My ECA from WES which i got on 15 May 2013, is it still valid and can i sent same paper/report again or need additional copy ?
2) My IELTS report/paper is clean and there is no pin hole in it, can i use same one ?
3) Police verification report is required in this stage while sending all docs or at later stage when we get our UCI no. or local VO ask ?
4) Is it ok if i show around 8-9 lk (14k CAD) in my ICICI account and sent statement in fill, or is it neccesray to show it in last 6 months statement and should i need to maintain those 14k CAD for whole year in my account ?

1. Yes it is valid and you can send this copy.
2. For ielts it is also same.
3. Police verification is optional. If u want you can send but not a must.
4. For POF you have to provide bank certificate stating the amount of money. Statement is also optional in this case. 14k CAD is enough. The amount should be in the account until the review process is finished.

2) Why do you need a pin hole in the first place? You can use a paper clip to attach the documents.
3) It is recommended by CIC to send the PCC along with the app, so its best to send it along with your app.
4) Bank certificate, along with a 6 months bank statement for your 14k CAD will make your case stronger and there is ambiguity over the period one should maintain the amount, but everyone prefers to have the money until you get PER.

Dear Seniors:

Referring to my previous inquiry:

I studied my first 2 years of bachelor study in a USA community college and then transferred to a USA university for 3rd and 4th year and obtained a graduation certificate. However, I do no have any degree awarded in my first 2 years of study as it is common to transfer to an university from community college in USA.

Now the problem is:
In my WES application, I have filled up both the college study for first 2 years and the University in last 2 years.
I have asked both community college and university to send the transcript to WES already, plus my copy of university graduation certificate.
However, I DO NOT have a graduation certificate from the community college which WES requires.

Can anyone help me solve this problem? I am worried my WES will not start evaluate my education as they said not all required documents are received. Can I send an explanation to WES to tell them the situation due to transferring from community college to University in USA? Will they consider that?

Anyone experience this transfer student situation before?

Besides, my 2 transcript has already reached WES on Saturday but my status is still "waiting for required documents". I heard that there is a link in the status account to show that which documents have been received and which one not; however, I can only find an overall status of "waiting for required documents". May I know where I can find that link?

One more enquiry on the travel history:

Will CIC reject my application if I mis-written the travel history or forget to fill some? Or as long as all those in and out in passport copies are shown in the travel history file that will be fine? This is because my country took my old passport back when I renewed it 5 years ago and I couldn't remember all my travel record....

Will they really verify all travel history??

In fact, it is best to collect the experience letter from the supervisor. Your manager/country manager will serve the purpose.

Yes there are different code for it, i applied last year under 2147 -- this year i will apply for 2281 - computer network technician, as my job duties match for 2281.

Type of relationship applies to you only if you were previously married or in a common law relationship (Only applicable if you checked yes in Q-14 of Generic application form.

PO Box doesn't apply to residential address. Mailing address should be the one at which you want to receive mail from CIC. (in case your application is not successful, CIC will mail all documents back at this address).

Write your email. CIC will contact you on this email regarding status of your application (PER, etc.)

You must add your spouse and your child as your dependents.

For your child, Highest level of education - 'NONE', Years of education in total - 0 and write N/A in occupation details.
