Sending email using their website will take atleast 3 days to respond.

Through phone, if you are expecting them to answer in 5-10 mins that won;t happen. Several times I called them, it took in an average of 30mins before some one answer. Once it took almost an hour too

It will take huge phone bill... :(
Because Its received by PABX. Always waiting waiting....after that it would
"Our customer care is currently closed, please call Monday to Friday at 9 AM to 2 PM"

I email from their portal, after 11 days I got a reply about my account information

Its frustrating

Where is occupation in form 5406

Am missing something.

Actually, I am main applicant.

My spouse just completed her graduation. She is currently do nothing.

Which occupation should I have to give? Housewife?

One more thing,

1. In Background_Declaration_IMM5669E, Personal History section:

a. I have written my work experience period, designation, status in our country, company name
and last I have added a period 4 years, Student, University..is it ok?

b. What I have to write in Status in Country field?

2. In Economic_Class_imm0008_3e

your work experience section:

a) Should I have to write as same as Background_Declaration_IMM5669E?
b) What should be the occupation, software Engineer or my designation or NOC? what I have write?
c) Its not possible to write the responsibility in this short space. should I have to use extra paper?

Please help

kateys,
Your CC has been charged? Congratulations! :) Can you tell us the NOC Code you used to apply under?
here's hoping that we all receive the same quick response from CIO.

I just noticed this post in 2013 forum.... 2013 applicant whose application was received on 30 April 2014 (last day) for his CC charged on 14 May...

So it looks like our first week of May applicant should start getting their CC charged....
Any update from any one?? ??? Anyone got the text for their CC charged?? ???

Hi, I am applying under NOC 2174. Currently I am working for an Indian company but residing in dubai and working from home. Will CIC consider my experience?

And one more thing in background declaration form under personal history section what should under Country (Dubai or UAE) as I am working for Indian firm but staying in Dubai.

Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Working from Home - Are you still on the payrolls of Company in India?
Are you getting the regular salary?
In the personal history form you should write you current dubai address

Can2174,

Did you file under last year FSW or this year? your status shows that you filed on 1st May. Just confirming.

Can 2174, Does this mean that your application was considered for 2013 and not necessarily 2014 since they received your application on 30th April 2014 even before the May 2014 opening date.

Hello, My question is regarding Police report and Medical. How old should these have to be when sending to CIC? If I get these done soon, assuming I get the PER, it will save 3-4 weeks later.

Answer is NO to both.

Medical even if you submit now, you need an updated MR at the latter stages through CIC form(VO will send it you with your photo in the latter stages of VO processing).

PCC - Same case as above.
But, How can you get PCC with out a letter/email from Embassy. Does your local police provide PCC with letter/email from emabassy?

Guys! URGENT - for question 4 of IMMM 0008 .
I put down P.O.Box 7500, Sydney, NS as visa office by mistake instead of CPC-O. What should i do now? Is there anything that I can still do??

Please help me out guys! will really appreciate it.

This is BIG BIG blunder.
Recall your application from the courier guy, if it is on the way.

Otherwise, send a new application set, but you would need pay for fees again.
If you are lucky, you might sneak through with the second appln as your first will almost be returned.
As of think of, this is the only way out if cannot get back your original appln from your courier guy(if not delivered)
