There are no gaps actually, rather its overlap. To elaborate here are the dates

In main application form 3-Oct-2009 to 31-Mar-2010

and in background declaration the dates for addresses (its in months and year format as date is not required)

Sep-2009 till Mar- 2010
Aug-2009 till Sep-2009

As per main application form my stay starts from 3 Oct 2009 while as per addresses it starts from Sep 2009.

Can it be read as, that I arranged for my accommodation from September while I travelled in Oct?

I don't have IELTS original TRF but I can try to get the second copy in 10-15 days time. Just want to know if am at risk then I would get for that effort of getting the second copy
I think you are fine.
Seems there is no gap.....just your arrangement is slightly ambiguous.
it will fly....worry less.
Cheers!

Hi everyone. Would there be a problem if I printed my application forms in A4 sized paper? I noticed that the default was short sized paper? Anyone who has done this before? Thanks! :)
A4 sized paper is ok.

Folks, I A4 sized paper the size of font being printed is really small. Not that it is not readable, but still you need to strain your eyes a bit.
Do you concur with this observation.
I used A4 for mine and it was excellent.

Hi Guys

I made a mistake while filling settlement fund in Schedule 3 form .
while filling funds for single applicant.

Instead of writing 20k cad i wrote 2k cad.

But the proof are of 20k cad.

what should i do now as my courier is about to reach in 4 hours??????????

I advise to call courier company immediately and call the file back or divert to someone in Canada who can fix the issue and resend it. This is a major mistake and can't be ignored at all.

Regards,
Amar

Is it mandatory to do noterize photocopies. I dont find anywhere that photocopies need to be noterized. If u have official url then please post here

FROM INSTRUCTION GUIDE

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:

In Canada:

a commissioner of oaths (authority to certify varies by province and territory)
a notary public
a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:

a judge
a magistrate
a notary public
an officer of a court of justice
a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living
Family members may not certify copies of your documents.

Nobody can categorically say it will be too late.....please apply.
For you to be sure its the right NOC for you, juxtapoxe and compare your current Job duties with the expected Job duties of 2262,if its 70% match....you can fly to apply.

Cheers!

I must appreciate your observation, never noticed. Anyways, i used A4 size and most probably many others used A4.

never heard of anyones application being rejected because of that!

For 12 a "Registered Nurse" or "Pshyciatric Nurse", which ever fits your duties & responsibilities better and the NOC under which u r applying. If your actual title is one of the sample titles, then you can also use that, but if it is not, then go with main title i.e. registered or pshychiatric nurse.

For 12 b and anyother place "Staff Nurse" or whatever title is written on your eperience letter.

Remember, 12.a is asking about "under what category are you applying?" all others questions ask abt your present title.

It doesn't matter if your "Actual title" is different than the sample or main titles as per NOC, whts more important is duties & responsvbilities.

Admin,
Pls edit... Spouse ielts submitted..... Thnx

@rohit360degree
Even if the new born is born 1 day after your application sign off date, i dont think it shud b a problem.

However, keep in mind that if you start planning your family now, the mother will be pregrnant by the time of your medical test (applications are expected to be processed by march 2014).

Note that all medical tests can not be performed on pregant mother (for safety of child and some give false reading due to high hormone level of mother). Therefore, your application may get delayed by few months due to pending medical tests.

But overall, other than they delay, there shud b no bearing on the application or result. In fact, they shud be happy for getting one extra prospective citizen of intelligent & hardworking parents ;). After all the whole exercise is to strengthen the population.

Go ahead.

Applied under FSW-2014, file expected to reach NS on 20th May under 1112. My question is if we plan to grow our family while our file is in process, what would be the process to add new family member in the file and 'cos of this would there be any problem in Medical etc? In short what the process like ?

Thanks
Rohit

Hi, call the courier company to return the application parcel to you so you can correct it and then resend or give them your friend's address in Canada so that the package is delivered to them. They can then correct the error there and resend your package to CIC. Best of luck.
