I had the same problem. I am in Saudi Arabia too..

I hav work experience of 8 yrs in noc 1113 from jan 2004 to jan 2012 but from Feb 2012 till date I m unemployed due to maternity. Will dat affect my application or selection or points ?

I don't think and it is not advisable to Notarise original documents...like e.g. IELTS, WES

No you cant apply two applications together. Because if your both application passes at first stage then it will get refused at Local Visa Office Stage.

Yes, it means WES received all your documents and started working on those.

No negative impact. In your last 10 yr activity against Feb 2012 till date period write "Unemployed (due to maternity)". and Also in Current Occupation write same and in intended write the occupation matching 1113.

Also, give justification in your cover letter that you have taken off from work to take care of your kid, who has grown up and you intend to enter the workforce once again.
