If possible route it to your friend in Canada. Meanwhile, send him another print of generic form or he can write ur name (not sure, if he is allowed to write ur name on ur behalf; ask someone else). Hopefully, u will lose no more than 2-3 days. Also, ask him to use UPS, its fastest inside Canada.

I forgot to write my name in the last page of generic form, which says "consent and declaration". However I've selected the option "yes" below it and also signed and dated it.
Since it will be considered as incomplete application , I'm thinking of recalling my application, as it is still in transit.
Due to this issue my application will not make it in the cap. Instead of reaching CIO on 13th may it will be now reaching on 23/24 may
Guys any advice ???

Based out of experiences in life:

For application senders:

Its better to send applications beginning of the week, especially when you are dealing with people who have lot of work load.

Come on . They don't start working on the file the day they receive it. It goes by the sequence.

You have to mention all visits, just use extra sheet. Student go for Vacations, right?

You were working/studying in your home country during those visits, I guess. What did u write in the activity column?
