Re: Additional Family Information Form.

For Additional family Information she has to fill out her family details.
For one form you will be the applicant and she will be your spouse, you will write your details of mother, father, brother, sister.
For another form, she will be applicant and you will be her spouse. She will write her mother, father, sister details.

Applicant is myself. then why we will write spouse name as Applicant in Spouse part? in my opinion in both cases Applicant and spouse name will remain same, other info will input accordingly. correct me, if i am wrong.

There should have been a check box option, who is filling one. no confusion will create then.

thanks.

Dear All,

I am facing a problem. When I was appointed, my designation was written "Programmer". After 3 months letter they changed the designation for whole organization and change my designation as "Software Engineer". I was transferred to a joint venture company which is between the current company and a Danish company.

I have the below letter:

1. 1st companies appointment letter(where Programmer is written)
2. 1st company's confirmation letter(where software engineer is written)
3. salary(Bank) statement of 1st Company
4. Transferred letter to 2nd company(Joint venture with first company, also Software Engineer is written)
5. Experience letter from 2nd company(Where the total working period is written including the 1st company's period)
6. Salary slip of 2nd company
7. Increment letter of 2nd company

Would you please help me what should I do. I am confused about the appointment letter.
Should I provide the appointment letter?
Or only should I give the transferred letter?

Please help me

In Schedule 3 Work Experience Section, how do I write;

I have changed companies but my occupation & duties are same. Should I write company wise or as the occupation is same, write from starting date with first company to till date in a single row.

They have sought occupation wise information not company wise.

Please suggest.

You gave the answer yourself ;D ;D. Yes, it will be occupation wise.

Can you confirm which form it is? Name of the form?

Is it IM008ENU? Question 7? If you select FSW in question 2, that should grey out question 7. Can you confirm?

No problem. Just want to help!

Give me one reason why sending finance degree should be an advantage? In your case, of course.

Well that degree relates to my current job which i am doing on the basis of that degree, not bcoz of my masters.

for FSW 2013, which date CC are CIC people charging for right now?

Walker1983's application was received on 10th May, 2013, used DD and was charged on 8th July, 2013 - so almost 2 month. However, note that at that time there were going PAFSO's strike and for this strike, canadian workers in CIC worked on a limited basis and caused delay and later on it got delayed by 90 days.

Hope this year will be faster. ;D ;D ;D

Dear Admin(s),

Give everything. Also add a cover letter describing like what you have written here - so everything will be transparent and CIC/visa office will not have any confusion.

Best of luck.

Got it!

So:
1) you are getting 23 points for masters in commerce.
2) You have at least one year experience in the NOC you are applying.

I think those two points above it self are sufficient to support your case. By mentioning your finance degree you will not get any extra points, but it will always help the CO to determine that you have a strong reason to settle in your intended occupation.

Regarding getting that Finance degree evaluated, I think I will pass this on to the seniors in the forum. Because I think evaluation is just for getting points and you already have them.
